I'm not Spanish/English or rich enough to eat Galician beef or Iberian pork

 

Best meal I've ever eaten is milk fed lamb, and hand cut chips. Wasn't in England, or Mallorca. It was cooked by my Mentor's Farther - lamb. Young - killked and eaten, then enjoyed as a family.

Only met him once, he cooked us the meal - suckling lamb, potatoes veg

 

He spoke to me in Basque, I didnt know spanish then.

 

So we weren't close.
