Well, apart from Tom.

Widely regarded as our best centre back in 2007/8 season tbh.

So fucking what? tbh

Agreed. The comparisons were fucking shit so it's not a glowing reference tbh.

Aye, just ahead of wonder-players Cacapa, Rozenhal, Diatta, Carr and Ramage

Don't forget Taylor!

People didn't know how Bassong was going to turn out, Faye should have stayed.

Who said he was shit?

Well, claiming labeling him as 'any good' shows our fall from grace suggests they think he isnt any good, in other words shit.

Sniffer doesn't count man.

Ameobi is shit. That's a benchmark.

Faye and Onyewu are not as bad as ameobi. But to call them good is stretching it. You can argue that Faye was better than what we had but that doesn't make him good. He is where he should be at a club like Stoke. If we want to get back to being a decent team then we need better players than either of these two.

Can't dispute the fact that he's a huge physical presence. More of an athelete than a footballer. I have no doubt that he will improve drastically from being at AC.

I always thought that Onyewu wasn't given enough of a chance...

I think the same way on that point, I think the majority of new young players who are first team possibles need to be given a run of games to see if they are any good for us.
