Nice attacking line-up I guess, but now's the time of experimenting. Just hope everyone stays injury free and that we hopefully gel as a team. Would have liked to have seen Vuckic and Ranger travel like.

I guess they're saving those for the 'Newcastle XI' game against Luton tomorrow

Not really sure of the benefit of playing Xisco wide (which I presume they are) he's never struck me as quick, nor great at crossing. He looks like a centre forward.

.co.uk reckon he's delivered in that role so far this pre-season.

Can't agree or disagree with that as I've not been able to watch any games.

one of the depor players is wearing what appears to be a sports bra under his shirt :D

That was Xisco wasn't it?

Put it on for a bit. Typical pre-season game, not very exciting. Routledge has been a good threat though and Best and Carroll have done well in the air. Hardly anything going down our left side though which is a slight worry.

Commentator is awful. Who is this Danny Gootree? If Perch is still considered a "youngster" then Wayne Rooney must be too as they share the same age.
