He didn't find himself there though, did he? He put himself there. I am driving my car up a side street, the main road I'm looking to join is filled with a large crowd of football fans walking on the road, do I;

a) put my head in my hands and sob uncontrollably or,

b) turn the car around and go a different route, or wait if there isn't one or,

c) drive into the crowded street, wipe some disco dust from my nose and get ready for some Carmageddon

I remember many a match day along the Gallowgate, some eejit with shit timing driving along the road just as ground was emptying. Never saw a car getting kicked or attacked though.

Who'd have thought that a coked up scouser mowing down pedestrians in his Ford Galaxy would be the thing to see TBD and Toonpack reconcile?

Give the cunt the Nobel peace prize now.

you find yourself sat in your stationary car surrounded by a baying mob intent on smashing it up and pulling you out of it, do you,

a) put your head in your hands and sob uncontrollably.

b) get out the car, admit the car was acting unreasonably and help the crowd smash it up.

c) think things could esculate whereby you're in grave danger, panic and drive away.

a) he's not guilty of a crime
b) bit odd, but still, he's not guilty of a crime

c) if he chooses to do that in the way he did, he's guilty of a crime.

Never a rift, but he'll be guilty IMO.

Back in the late 80's the zenith of my collaboration (getting pissed with my copper mates) days I remember I was always told if a trial gets to crown court it's 99% certain the perpetrator is guilty, simply because of the work that it took to get it past the CPS.

Given the CPS is so stretched thin these days, can't believe the situation has changed.

CPS are all defence lawyers and they look at the evidence presented in that light, i.e. "could I defend against this" if they think there's a good chance they could, it doesn't go ahead, at least until the holes they find are closed. Obviously smart as fuck KC's are the variable.

what rift? not even remotely close.

im sure the wording is that the evidence the police have gathered should provide a reasonable chance of conviction, it's by no means a certainty. which is why some cases will still to go to court with somewhat flimsy evidence but rather for it being in the 'public interest' that it should do so.

at the end of the day, if boyle is guilty and found to be so beyond reasonable doubt, justice will prevail and regardless of my opinion on bindippers, that is just. (usually)

on the videos ive seen, it looks pretty evident where and on what a defence is likely to be based,

if you're prepared to discount that completely without any further knowledge, then you're no better than the rabid cunts who tried to smash up his stationary car in the first place

That's a key bit, if "public interest" cases joined the queue like all other cases, as they fucking should, there'd be a mass outcry at the time it takes to get cases to court and something might be done about the massive under-resourcing, but they fast-track those and so other equally worthy victims wait years, if ever, for justice. It's a disgrace tbh.

Do not interpose yourself between Skunkers, a drive-by fruiting could come your way (IYKYK).

If it was secret, I wouldn't have typed it out and posted it on a public message board now would I 🙄

The next player to be unsettled has been selected.

That HAS to be made up.

A clause on the sale of a player that gives them first option on a different player?! That's bollocks.
