There’s always hundreds of red shirts and rarely any decent United ones. Not sure what happened this week, but they had some classics. The home ‘93 kit. First kit I got bought. As well as the blue and the green away kits with McEwans on the front. Home and away ‘95. They also had the denim away top, with Asprilla on the back. Turned into a very expensive lunch break. Takes me back to being a kid, and the excitement of getting a new kit and being desperate to wear it out. how much? originals from that era go for £100+ on vinted

I used to wear it to play 5 -a-side quite a lot too and I sweat like a fat lass. So that’s the other side to its heritage

Seen a lot worse, seen a lot better, just a shame about the permanent blank canvas on the back of the shirt. I'll never buy another shirt again because of it, think the last 'current' top I got was the NTL one similar to this season but with no blank patch obviously, (iirc the biggest concern with that shirt was the size of the stripes and the stitched badge being a bit smaller than usual. Imagine!)
Dr Gloom 24553 Posted yesterday at 12:20 Share Posted yesterday at 12:20 i don't mind the blue trim but the collar, the stripes, the badge and the big white patch on the back don't look great.

Assume you're on about the stripes not having a straight edge. To be fair, neither does the 95/97 grandad-collar shirt but it worked alright with that. Alex 38189
Seen some absolutely horrific iterations of the Juve home kit under adidas recently so that’s not too bad.

They could have at least rounded it off a bit on the back at the bottom so it's not a start flat line separating the white panel from the stripes.
