 I was expecting that we'd not be seeing cross field passes that go straight out of play, miles away from other players. That's Fulham rather than us, but even so.

We've been rubbish since the kick-off. So have they but we are worse.

Gouffran and Sissoko have been almost anonymous. Anita is playing like shite. Dutton is not a set piece kicker. Colo and Krul are the only ones looking decent.

In De Jong and Cisse we have managed to pair the two strikers on the biggest downturns of their careers in Europe? Impressive feat.

Oddly enough it was against Fulham in 08/09 where Mark Viduka had a perfectly good goal disallowed. It would have been the difference between relegation and staying up for us...

Apparently there was a few mm of the ball on the line. In real time it did look like it had crossed with separation between the ball and line...

Garth Crooks:

"It couldn't have gone over the line, otherwise the referee would have got a bleep in his ear. But I'm against technology - the decision should be the referee's and his decision should be final. Forget what you think to see, we've gone with the technology all you technophiles wanted and we've got to abide by it."

Here's an example of where the technology has been spot on and made the correct decision, taking something that the naked eye could only guess at. And Garth Crooks tries to argue against it.
