This, was nervous the way we started but we came into the game around the 30th minute and started to be able to keep the ball a bit. Mbemba having a great game, Mitrovic has been surprisingly good as well. Perez/Haidara combo is working out quite well on the left. Obertan is obviously not even close to being PL standard and should be replaced at halftime by Thauvin. Taylor has been decent too although he played Rooney on. Agree, that Memphis took to a bit of diving and moved out of position to get away from him late on. He got beat on occasion but recovered well. Graing 15 Posted August 22, 2015 Share Posted August 22, 2015 Aside from a couple of chances, I've seen a lot of Mitrovic standing around after the play and throwing his hands up in the air in frustration over poor passes and crosses. Perez looks like he belongs, should be starting consistently. Get Obertan off for Thauvin. Aside from one shakey challenge, Krul has looked good - the coward. Love how this is 'United' v Newcastle. I don't get why he's giving him grief, I thought he looked our best defender during the first half as well as almost getting an assist from the Mitrovic chance. Aye fully agree, mind even when Depay beat him a few times it rarely led to much as he got back to cover him well. Owen is a prick. He'll definitely have the beating if we can keep drawing Smalling out as Blind, Darmian and Shaw can't compete at all in the air against him.
