They're all at war with each other over conspiracy theories around Charlie Kirk, all pointing the finger at each other for this and that, accusing Kirk and each other of being gay (seriously), and the wider view that they're going to lose the midterms because the conventional Republican party grandees are going to throw them in order to hurt Trump and his revolution. Some of the signs he's displayed for a good while now - sundowning, disturbed sleep, random outbursts etc. - are, I think, pretty familiar and well-documented, but connecting it to a specific treatment and what that might say about the progress of his condition is another level. I can see a landscape where they want this to happen naturally in order to ensure minimal loss of support, but Vance is 100% the plan in the shadows. MAGA is just a convenient tool to get him into power and if Trump dies I think they'll be telling themselves they've played it perfectly.
