President Biden

Very similar - he was attacked on the basis of not being prime minister material - lacking stature, not being a patriot (cnd) and not "looking" the part.

As we keep saying, a lot of traditional labour supporters and those who occasionally vote that way see these as blockers no matter how much they may agree with his policies.

That's just depressing. Absolutely superficial nonsense and that's what we judge our leaders on.

To some extent it's fair. A prime minister should be someone who is an obvious leader of people - an "alpha" if you like.

To be fair it can be overcome to a certain extent - I wouldn't call Cameron any kind of alpha by any stretch of the imagination but it's obvious that people did see that in him - more fool them.

"The president used the word wiretap in quotes to mean broadly surveillance and other activities," Mr Spicer told reporters.

"There's a whole host of tactics that can be used to monitor somebody either through wiretap or other ways," he added, without giving details.

Mr Spicer also suggested Mr Trump was referring to the actions of the Obama administration and not accusing the former president directly.

Earlier, Senior White House adviser Kellyanne Conway said she did not have any evidence to back up the wiretapping claim but said there were "many ways to surveil each other now".

"You can surveil someone through their phones, certainly through their television sets - any number of ways... microwaves that turn into cameras. We know this is a fact of modern life," she told New Jersey's Bergen County Record.

In other words, the President is a liar.

Can't see it harming him either. Tax avoidance is a lauded skill. And if he's paid anything it'll be enough.

Assange says Clinton and at least two intelligence officials are pushing for a Pence takeover. Pence denied any knowledge. He doesn't need any though. That might have more legs.

What the hell goes through his head in the mornings that he goes from tweeting about his leaked tax return to Snoop Dogg to car manufacturing jobs in Detroit in just 19 minutes?

Might have said this before but he either is this much of an idiot or the nonsense tweets are part of the plan to appeal to his voters to show he's a maverick.

Or a bit of both.

He is just so demonstrably full of shit.

We’re going to fight this terrible ruling. We’re going to take this as far as we need to, right up to the supreme court …

I think we ought to go back to the first one [executive order] and go all the way … We’re gonna win it, we’re gonna win it.

Well, go on then...no one is stopping you from trying.

an unprecedented judicial overreach.

Except that the same thing happened last time, making it not unprecedented in the slightest.

What a dick he is. Him thinking this one would just go through unchallenged is spectacularly stupid, even for him. Is this one not almost identical except they took Iraq off the list? I'm glad his attempt to divert attention with his 12 year old tax return didn't work, the bloke is a shambles.

He also recently said "Nobody knew that health care could be so complicated." about the current utterly shambolic Republican (that contains none of his original promises about healthcare) plan to replace the affordable care act. Apparently it gives massive tax breaks to the upper 1% though, man of the people for sure.
