Not sure how it was a head injury, it was upper body to upper body contact. The knee to Fraser was worse.

Didn't notice it earlier despite it being super obvious but in the lead-up to Joelinton's shot very early, deep in the box he was clearly kicked by Rice. If he went down they would have had no choice but to give a penalty. Still should have.
