They don't test for it and patients who receive his organs die - and the doctor who made the call is told 'it would have been irresponsible to test for it, would have wasted time they didn't have'. Was at medical centre this a.m. (nowt serious, sorry) and this lad (mid/late 20's I would say) comes in attired as follows: Black blazer (with gold buttons) sleeves scrunched up to above the elbows, with black T shirt underneath. Dark blue jeans with black calf length socks and black trainers, I noticed the socks because his jeans were tucked into them.
