Well, I heard he was sat in the cafeteria at the training ground, lighting £50 notes and waving them in front of the youth team players and laughing; then a freak gust of wind from an open window blew a burning monetary cinder into his eye. There you go, that's what happened.

Stud in the face is what some are saying on N'O.

.com raise a good point about the timing of the statement from the club though.

Diamond stud?

Cant he just do what davids does?

Davids doesn't have an eye injury, just a family history of glaucoma I think.

Yes i know that doc but it still proetcts his eyes from contact though doesnt it?

Doesn't really help him out if the damage is already done.

Aye, but the point is that hes not to endanger it anymore, therefore wearing protective glasses would solve that.

Considering Beardlsey was playing with a broken face in a mask Im sure Dyer could wear a pair of shades and get himself some advertising work as a consequence.

They shoot horses don't they?

Why doesn't someone arrange for the stud, Dire, to be taken to the knacker's yard and have us put out of our misery.

Don't see how killing him is going to get him playing any more.
