Its actually better than pissing it away on rent. I have my own mortgage (ie not with a bird) so less pressure on making things work. Its also amazing how much you learn around the house when you have to do your own DIY !! Would highly recommend it if you have a steady job.

Got it on DVD although i'll always watch it if its on TV. A bit like friends, Anyone seen American Dad? I got it on DVD last week, watched most of them on my long GNER journeys to the Toon last week. Not as good as Family Guy imo but still entertaining. McFarlane definitely kept the best jokes for FG.
