Sin City What a steaming pile of dogshit, and a tragedy that valuable hours of my life were wasted watching that utter dross.

How come I hate the White Stripes and like the Arctic Monkeys? 85183 Not sure, try these:

They're either side of that bit of meat you can't stop pulling on. 84429 Jimbo's testicles are now invisible to the naked eye due to their frequent emptying. 84442 I'll have you know its like the scene of a crashed milkfloat when I've emptied my tanks !

Bollix! 84409 Never heard of them, are they any good ?

Current favourites are The Mighty Boosh and Little Britain, there are all too many shit ones out there sadly.

Never go back, we need to go forward - somehow. I'd be amazed if SBR came back, and not very happy about it. 76468 Agreed, Robson was sacked at the wrong time, but for all the right reasons.

True but the mid 70's also saw Ali get beaten by Joe Frazier, had his jaw broken and beaten on points by Ken Norton, was beaten by Jimmy Young but was given a gift points decision and then lose to Leon Spinks who had only had 8 pro fights ! 75000 Oh aye, I'm agreeing that he was better in the 60's, I'm just saying that people remember the victories in the 70's even though he was past his peak. 75005 Certainly his more memorable fights were in that great era of Frazier, Norton, and Foreman, and without doubt the greatest of all time.

You reckon? I'd argue he was at his peak before he was banned. His fight against Cleveland Williams is said to be his greatest and most complete performance and although the footage isn't great, it's still amazing to watch. He'd lost a lot of his speed and movement by 74, which in a way makes the performance against Foreman even more amazing. 74815 Agreed, the world probably never saw the best that Ali had, during the time he was banned from boxing for not signing up for Vietnam was most probably his peak years, is fights against Cleveland Williams and Zora Folley were examples of sheer boxing perfection. When Ali came back in 1970 against Jerry Quarry he looked slow and flat-footed compared to his first reign as champion and was clearly past his peak.

I'd hang myself from the Tyne Bridge if that happened. 74259 If Roeder takes charge, we'll do a West Ham when he took them over - straight down into Div 1 and then we will be screwed 74293 Wasn't it Trevor Brooking the manager that got West Ham relegated ? 74294 Correct. Also, Roeder led West Ham to 7th in his first season IIRC. 74295 Roeder did most of the damage in that 2nd season tho to which Brooking stepped in but couldnt do enough. 74302 Poor fucker had a mental problem..... ....Paolo Di Canio !
