Toon bid hopefuls backed by New York firm
snakehips replied to Geordiejihad's topic in Newcastle Forum
The NUSC is prepared to do whatever its members feel is correct and there's a members meeting on Thursday where Im sure this will be a big topic. What we have to remember though is the long term aims of the trust and the supporters representation being the most important. Its a difficult one to balance, the need to show our (the fans) feelings against whats best for the club long term. I know how I personally feel, in that Id love to do whatever we can to ruin this bastard once and for all for what hes doing to our football club but Im well aware that theres more at stake than just the next couple of weeks etc. Oh and living outside the country is no barrier to membership, we have members in 31 countries now, including many Americans As Pud says, there are loads of people signed up who live abroad. You've got no excuse now...! Thanks for the response PP. I was under the impression that the setting up of the trust was the priority at recent meetings. And if me being a member from the US will help the cause then I will sign up! (always a sucker for the guilt trips!) Double charge for our colonial friends. Call it a modern 'representation for taxation', if you like. Still a bit upset about that tea being dumped in the harbor, eh? Being tea total, I'm still hurting. Great song by Alex Harvey (Sensational Alex Harvey Band ?) though. -
I just found that a bit, I don't know, 6th form-ish tbh. Ashley will sell when, and only when, it suits him.

Of course, it could be Krul's bad positional sense coupled with extremely inaccurate shooting which made the saves on Saturday possible!!

Obviously you weren't arsed enough to vote last election...... Mrs hips has my proxy vote. So 'I' probably did vote NF !

Funded by the sale of Quilt and Pillow sets made by .......................................... Never thought of that, but I bet you're right!

Do the National Front still exist ? I'm guessing they do due to the website, but I thought they had expired donkey's years ago.

Ahh, good ol' Joburg airport. Surely the worst airport for luggage in the world. Your story suggests young Cat had something go missing at said airport?

I should be so lucky And your good self: That has to be CT

Shearer almost spat out his name when pointing fingers at responsibility for their goal; almost as if to say 'you're not worth a flying fuck, and I'll do my damnest to get rid of you if I do get the manager's job.'

Isn't all porn the fault of pussy ???

Cheeky Twat. You're fairly close with Alex (but let's face it, any pic of a baaaldy blerk would be close for Alex), but I'm actually older than Jim Bowen and my glasses are thicker. Once again.....cheeky twat.

Why is G.Clooney considered 'special' ?? What exactly d'you mean by 'special'. Susan Boyle looks a bit 'special', in the way that 'special' is used to describe some kids iykwim. Special as in my mate looks like the guy that stacks the shelves in the spar in Paignton doesn't count. You know my mate ??

Ive been thinking that for a while. Ever since the whole "Cockney Mafia" thing Ive thought of him thinking "fuck you then". Any hint of us wanting or not wanting something and he'll do the opposite. I don't think he has it in for us at all. I think he's come in without any checking and has been completely caught out by our debt. This debt has made him try to be as frugal as possible in an attempt to recoup some cash but relegation has just been the cherry on the cake in knocking him/his finances/or debt for six. The reason no-one is eager to buy us is the debt, plain and simple. Shearer = too expensive, which is the reason he wont get appointed by LardAsh (if he pulls the For Sale sign down).

Anyone interested at all? Was just thinking that I have virtually nil interest in it this season. Yeah, we're in the Champ, and our interest in 'the promised land' would be diminished, but I'm feeling I couldn't give a rat's arse about the top division. Maybe football is just dead now, regardless of NUFC's position in the world ?
-
Coleman said they had just played one of the best teams in the league. How the fuck can anyone say something so stupid. All teams have played only one game ffs. Still wouldn't mind Coleman at NUFC as manager.

I was just in the process of fixing your post with the word 'on' inserted. Too quick for me!!

I was just thinking how ridiculous it was to see Delia in her replica shirt. Or maybe I wasn't. No doubt the media will be full of condemnation of her. I'll not hold my breath.

Is this gen, or a wind up?

Watched it on iplayer this morning. Maniche (sp) = non-entity of a presenter. Claridge? Cheap which = perfect for BBC. The chick's (Anna Greenwood-Smythe or somesuch) nipples were trying their damnest to come out to play. Which was nice . Theme tune = more BBC shite. That moron from Radio 5 (Teeside tosser) Clement is it? More cheap BBC shite. Enjoyed all the football On a side note, what is it with this dreadful duck's arse hair do that some folk enjoy? Buckle at Torquay has one (sorry T/R) and I noticed the young linesman at the Derby game had one also. Strange. Very strange.

Yes. You've more faith in whoever is doing the buying (ha!) and selling at NUFC than I have. Sorry. I misread your post. I thought you said 'would be sold' :aye:

Have to admit that I wasn't paying 100% attention yesterday, but I'd like to see him play centre forward! Whenever I did see him, he seemed too far away from goal, with supershola playing CF. He's got to be the target man, hasn't he? Without a doubt imo. If he can't score 10 headed goals a season alone (from decent crosses) I'm a Dutchman (unbelievable).
