  1. He's on now on BBC2, burst out laughing at the wine scene.
  2. 'Bloostained' Ozil is tearing Athletico Madrid apart here. He's a joy to watch.
  3. calm down Aye that's going a bit too far.
  4. Fully deserved because we played very well and defended/battled brilliantly whenever needed and took our chance when it came, to Wenger its not deserved because they had more chances and hit the bar twice, though he did say we played well and was more hinting they deserved a draw. But football's about taking the chance when it comes and we did! Fair play, and Wenger will moan about absolutely anything. Prick of the highest order. Just noticed I put 'morning afternoon'. Meant afternoon.
  5. Said from the start that if you get in their faces Arsenal can't handle it. Hence why they always do shit against the physical teams that aren't scared of them, Blackburn, Bolton, normally us etc. Was it a deserved win? Completely missed it with football on the morning afternoon.
  6. With all respect he looked absolutely gash last week. Could well be one of those 'split ability' players - you never know which one's going to turn up each week! Our full team was completely shocking and to base an opinion on that game would be extremely unfair. 4 goals in 8 games (one start) isn't bad. Bent is apparently out for another week so he'll need to keep it up, looking forward to seeing them together properly.
  7. Niall Quinn praised the work of the Sir Bobby Robson Foundation after becoming the charity's fourth regional patron. The Sunderland chairman joins Alan Shearer, Middlesbrough owner Steve Gibson and Ipswich legend Mick Mills after the appointment was revealed at the Stadium of Light earlier today. The quartet will represent the areas of Sunderland, Tyneside, Teesside and East Anglia respectively on behalf of the Foundation, which was set up by the late Sir Bobby before his death from cancer in July 2009 at the age of 76. Source... A credit to the club, a top class man, I love Niall Quinn. I have donated a bit to the SBRF, a great cause.
  8. Karma. If Steed had stuck that penalty home early on it could have been all over there and then. Players looked nervous throughout. A good win, will help us to move on. Gyan looks class and I'm sure will be a hit in this league.
  9. Tidied. It's the same at all clubs around the country sadly. There's a % of dickheads at every club that embarrass the rest.
  10. I think Beckford would be a perfect partner for Carroll.
  11. Good header through that, 0-1.
  12. Rubbish game so far. Ground looks half full as well.
  13. Probably my favourite band at the minute.
  14. Try telling all this to a Sunderland fan who is absolutely convinced that Bruce is just a fat mag bastard. Once you're involved in football from a young age it's pretty much impossible to support any team. You're too busy playing games and training with another club to follow anyone else. The derby on Sunday was Bruce's first one he's ever watched I think (and the worst one he'll ever see). I know that if I stopped following Sunderland for 40 year I wouldn't feel the same about them again.
  15. Aye I was thinking that myself.
  16. Liverpool on Channel 5 now. Playing a pretty weak team though.
  17. I have heard it all over this week. They're all mainly just recycled Spurs jokes though.
  18. Ha. What I said is true though, one step at time.
  19. I think you should just be looking at surviving this season, then establishing yourself as a midtable side, before even considering top 10! We're only just cracking onto that now and we've been up for 4 seasons. It's a lot harder than it seems.
  20. Keep reaching for those stars kid
