The Rising Sun, eh? You got a season ticket for the place? Not anymore, just signed up for weight watchers today :-( Good luck. People hammer weight watchers but I suppose it's an assistance and when you do want to 'cheat' you'll feel guilty about so have WW's to help. Some'll disagree, but you should still have a 'cheat' day every week n a half/ 2 weeks where you eat what you'd like. This'll prevent you chewin' doon on marathons or bountys in your pits of despair.(which will happen). Al the best with it. Agree ish with the cheat things. Normally when we get back from our weekly family pub night, a kebab was picked up on route. Now we just made home made kebabs with chicken so they are quite healthy, but still canny tasty. Problem is when you are on your arse all day like me, the diet has to be preety much stuck too. My mate who is a sparky can put loads of shit away but just burns it all off at work. The good thing with weight watchers is that the fact someone is going to weigh you once a week to see if you've been cheating, helps when considering temptations. You can also get to ww or slimming world for 24 weeks foc just by popping to your gp and getting a card from them. Saves about £100 plus. To be fair my metabolism will be a lot better than yours because I'm a lot younger and the older you are the more it slows down. However, I just can't get my head round people paying Weightwatchers or some other weight loss program to get them on track. Losing weight is as easy as putting it on by way of a tiny bit of intelligence. Exercise every day, don't eat more than 2,000 calories and you will lose weight without throwing money down the toilet. Going to the gym actually makes you happy as well and I bet membership is cheaper than there option, so IF YOU ARE suffering from depression it releases endorphins in to your brain which make you feel happier. I will never understand people giving weightwatchers money. The thing about the gym as well, if I burn 800 calories in the gym it means if I want to have fat bastard food, or go out and get pissed I don't put any weight on, as long as I'm regular. Aye-two hour window after the gym apparently you can eat pretty much whatever shit you want and none of it sticks because your body will just burn it up as fuel as it desperately needs it. Used to love that period after the gym, I'd scran anything in that time and not feel any guilt at all. I'm the same after a bong. That's why I try not to get a smoke on anymore. Used to be every day when I was a young'un but found I was the laziest cunt in the world and would eat tinned sardines and all kinds in the dark of night. Still miss getting in from graft, kids to bed and gannin Cypress Hill on myself.

Hardly prolific though. I'd rather see them with Tuncay than Bent everyday.

Are you the man I've read in the Gold thread. Oh dear.

None have made me laugh more than this one. Absolutely fucking class, all of them.

Your sig I watched that episode over Christmas, it's when he's singing in that country and western club, and Bomber goes "how can something as ugly as that make such a beautiful sound". Your post is spot on, but younguns have always been impressed by it. To a degree it's why you get the odd doilham supporting Rangers or Celtic, it's seen as a bit naughty and promotes nationalism of varying degrees. If I was Scottish I'd be embarrassed by both, singing God Save the Queen at games, oh dear. The thing with the football factory and green street young kids probably believe that's what it's like, I mean honest to god I'd never heard the phrase "JOG ON" in my life till I saw that film, now every fucka says it. Aye, it's that one. Bombers just said that then Moxy pipes up 'Wha did ee call 'imself again?' .. Then Barry drops in my sig. Fucking class. He sings that song well, tbh. It's a canny little record. Best show ever broadcast, imo. I'm DVD'd up to the max with them Can't stand all that Jog on, open ye up, talk. Hard in the mouth, soft in the head.

The football factory's got a lot to answer to if you ask me. It wasn't from what I'm lead to believe anything like that back in the 80s. All that film achieved was making every taity think they're Billy Bright and sensationalised the whole pathetic scene. I've seen the odd skirmish but it's too heavily policed to allow them to run feral. I used to live in Devon and watch Torquay 'cos my mate was a follower. They played Spurs in the cup in 01 and I went across to Landan for the game. This was Torquays dream day out and it was completely overshadowed by loads of young choppers acting the biggun from spurs. All mouthy, no nowts. Impressionable young males and a sense of unity = Chaos.

I've never owned one since the green and blue asics one from 93ish. I prefer not to give another dime to mike ashleys regime bar my ST which was a 3 year lumper which is coming to an uncertain end. It's not about that though for me, it's just not my thing. A little nusc and old nufc badge on my jacket's a mainstay though. Only thing about nusc one though is everyone thinks I'm a mature student. Ffs. Haha.

What's on my shirt TAYLOR 27 on my black and white one I 8 MACKEMS on my blue one. Oh dear. Bad enough for a mid 30's bloke but I thought you said in the other thread you didn't care about anyone else, particularly the Mackems. :-) Fuck me. He was joking I'd say. Who wears football tops in public unless playing? Jesus christ.

Fortunatly I finish graft early enough to make it. I'm ashamed to say but I've lost a lot of interest in "dedicating" anymore time to this. I see the AGM being held at the venue and the time it's at as being to prevent as high a turnout as possible. The drink isn't an issue as we're capable of going an hour without but the 6pm start is ridiculous. I'm as cynical about this as FCB's regime.

Aye, I was wrong about you saying harry. It was dodgy tax you said. Stevie wrote a lengthy response to crush your statement, not to be a dick rabit, but to share knowledge and get the thread on track. You then quickly mentioned the Bahamas being where the holding company is based. You see, I didn't have a clue their holding company was based in Bahamas but it's irrelivent. I do know that their transfers etc are subject to tax so can't see any argument for it being dodgy, per se. Levy has basically ran a very well oiled machine. Anyway, I wasn't being argumentative. I'd fuck off while I had the chance if I was you, not for any of this, but the fact CT's in awe of you. He see's you as the saviour by his posts haha.
-
It's not nail on head though really, is it? Rabit's post had the meaning that spurs have soo much money because of harrys 'dodgy deals'. He was then advised he was talking wet. That, is nail on the head. A small mentioning that their holding company is based in Nassau and that was it.

The thing about this thread though is I've been abusing him, and he's had a series of pathetic replies and that's pretty much it. There's no been no exchange of views because he hasn't got any, same as CT, much better to argue about football with people who have points to make than boring cunts. Like ye say, it's far better use of skills to argue on actual football matters. I think a small minority on here are either wums or generally just don't have a clue. Take for example the cunt who cried when we got relegated, ye naa who I mean that was on ssn, well he was 'leading' the younguns through the protests before Liverpool game and would say he was a true geordie faithful. Guaranteed, that fucker aint got a clue about history or actually how the club works. Anyway, he's the mould I put some in on here. Few, but some.
-
I was en route to graft this morning and thought to myself 'not been much abuse thrown around on TT for a while'. Low and behold here we are gan wild. Imo, Stevie's his own man. He's got strong opinions on things which he's not afraid to put out. A voice of conviction. Can imagine him quietly listening to people having a discussion 'in the outside world' then piping up 'Here man, ye's are taalkin' pish. And I'm ganna tell ye for why ...' Even if he ever is wrong, he'll pull you down with him by exposing your weaknesses.

Press conference at Villa at 7pm. Oh dear.

Rubbing hands together like a man posessed.

Absolutely disgusting stuff. Excelled themselves again.

Sir Bobby said he was the best assistant he had iirc. Including Mourinho. I know we're slated in the press for it but the fact he's a Geordie makes it all the better for me. At least with him and Pedro at the club in a senior capacity we can feel like we have a belonging in the club.
-
I believe I speak for everyone when I say fucking get in. Surprised but it's great news for us.
-
Source? Fantastic appointment if he's come back.

Apparantly Sunderland cant locate Darren Bent for his Villa medical. Runour has it he's still in Collocinis back pocket.

It's abit unfair to measure against a home and away match, shirley? Maybe he changed his game for sunlun away, we didn't have as much of the ball as in the home game, we weren't as far up the pitch etc etc. And Tiote and Carroll weren't playing. West Ham at home compared to Sunderland at home would be a fairer comparison although comparing just two games is too random to draw too many conclusions anyway. Just the Guardian making another Joey Barton story. Good to see he doesn't roam over to the left to spray balls about. Obviously Jose and Jonas doing their job.
