Has anyone got any decent links for info/tips/help for gaining? I'm pretty sure I'm not going to the gym enough (but doing what I can) and trying to eat better (but probably not enough) and as much protein as I can, but not really seeing much change. Just hoping to see if anyone's got any decent resources they have used etc so I can have a bit of a read and make a few changes.

I find myself mouthing along/nodding my head/bouncing on my toes to music in the gym/when on a run all the time. Don't care at all who sees. My music is far superior and should be played to all to enjoy!

Iron Man 3 and Oblivion. Iron Man was good, but just seems to be missing something. Better than Iron Man 2, but not up to the standard of the first or the Avengers. Oblivion was better than I expected, probably because I didn't know very much about it so sort of expected a bit of a standard Hollywood sci fi action type. It's bleaker and more understated than that, although the twists aren't exactly hard to predict. Thought it was decent overall.

Anyone ever watched Banshee? Seems to be a new show for Sky Atlantic starting tonight, just wondering if its any good?

Tyrion is a superb character. I started watching to see what all the fuss was about, and got through the first 2 series and the first episode of series 3 in 6 days. Keep with it, it's superb. And will make more sense as you go through. Also, Stark's bird is super hot. But I'd still prefer the Scottish one who owns a castle.

After Fish I was expecting maybe 1 or 2 to copy his joke, so I wasn't *that* surprised.

My computer seems to be completely fucked. Playing videos it will randomly and suddenly lock up with a sort of purple mesh/haze across the screen and then the sound will start repeating the last half a second and it has to be turned off. Formatted it a couple of months ago and installed 7 (instead of Vista) and same problem. However, managed to roll back to older graphics drivers and it seemed ok. Until it started happening again a couple of weeks ago. Last time it got worse and started doing it when just online etc, and this time it has just done it when trying to load a game, which it never struggled with before. So, seems I need a new computer. However, no idea what to get, this one has lasted me since early 2008 and I've not paid the slightest bit of attention to tech since then, or even where online is a decent place to buy. I'd like something that can play proper hi def videos and play mass effect 3. Always had desktops, but like the idea of getting a laptop for portability (never had before cos always used to play a fair share of games on pc, but find myself using the ps3 so much more now). Anyone any suggestions for decent makes/online stores etc?

I was getting a bit sick of Ezio tbh. First game when he was younger he was a better character, he got a bit too serious towards the end. How far through Ac3 did you get? I don't mind Connor, but part of that is cos he has rope darts! Also quite like the updated combat system.

Finally finished the first Borderlands the other week. Got the dlc from the game of the year edition which I might give a go. Otherwise working slowly through Max Payne and Assassins Creed 3, whilst dipping into Mass Effect 2 every now and then. I know with that when I get a bit further and the story picks up that I won't want to play anything else, so kinda holding off on it a bit. Also got DOA which I started ages ago but never really got going on!
