What became of the enquiry into the use of the tasers ?

Having had a listen to the album and seeing them on Jools Holland other night I honestly dont know how they get away with it. Was actually embarrassing seeing them giving it the whole 'pout during a riff check ths out' with such terrible material. Weak as piss and all about a bandy pair of feet, a handful of those tossing paisley silk scarves and a newly-revised microphone technique reminiscent of a 90 year old russian washerwoman taking the village's soiled sheets down to the river. Needing a dump. ".. amateurs ! . . . amateurs ! "

So there's an army of mobile snivel servants armed with pens they can lend people, keenly poised to visit potentially upwards of 5 million households ! ? At what cost too ? Are they sending them out in minibuses and dropping them every few streets or something ? Census swat squads. Flamin rediculous.

Y can keep those mince & mushy pea combo pies btw - just a cop-out. Having stated my preferred savoury, I hereby declare cherry pie the winner in the sweet category (hot with vanilla ice cream should see the job right)

Great programme, missed half of the Paris one tonight as i was watching the match but love the premise of history being told through the story of our shit and waste. New York next week should be good. Fascinating viewing. Really brought it alive as it were. Yeah looking forward to the New York one, I've a real affinity with the place. Only been the once but just love everything about it - probably even down to the poo in their sewers godammit !

Anyone onto this Filthy Cities prog on bbc2 at the min? Dear doctor. Putting us right off me pie thoughts.

I read that as Priest and Felch at first Well they were certainly 'of God' but not of t'other !

No beans on top of the crust?....they were a speciality of the now sadly long gone Bryson's of Berwick. If we're talking pies in general, it has to be scotch That's the fellas ! Obviously always bad when a business folds but when they go the extra mile doing those little breakfast wonders its all the sadder. Local baker bit further down the coast here - Canatrice - do a belting scotch pie like.
-
Anyone a 'pieist' from Blyth area? Mate I used to work with used to fetch in these great 'breakfast pies' on a Friday from some baker in Blyth. Were a scotch pie base with a sausage and bacon slice and an egg cracked in so cooked to set it together. Were a magical thing. Sure the bakers folded a couple of years ago sadly ?
-
I know they're far from authentic but there's something to be said for the balti pie. Similarly the scotch pie. Both have to be warm like. If pushed i'd go for a cold slice of good quality steak pie with a 50/50 meat to gravy/onion ratio. A close second would be an honest t goodness home-made shepherd's pie. What was the question again ?

Might as well check the old Line Attenuation and Noise Margin variables too while you're on .

50 in Tyneside according to the ronny http://www.chroniclelive.co.uk/north-east-...72703-28484554/ Fir Tree Crescent is right on my manor! Fear not , Agent Fist is already planning sabotage. If all else fails , a wanky streak wearing nowt but the Gimp mask will curdle their custard. From what you've advised previously in 'ailments' I'm sure a casual stroll by dropping ya fuckin bait would achieve similar results n'est pas ? -

Yup. The geographical distribution of the applications to councils tells its own story. Link to a map on page of link below http://wikileaksdatajournalism.wordpress.c...2%80%93-mapped/ -
Watching on a feed of ESPN , Mcmanaman co-commentating in an EXxxTRA SsCOUSE dialect for it too unfortunately. Oh he's hit the TurboScouse button alright. Hockle all over the microphone.

nice one I'm gonna get some from Rehills in that case. Thanks for the Intel. No probs - public service and all that

Sad news that mind. I bet it would have been down to some swipecard dangling, shit-sniffing Health & Safety jobsworth at Council . always used to be fun when some idiot decided to drive down there honking their horn just as 30,000 people tried to go the same way - we used to walk right over the cars I can just picture it too ! A choice of route only taken once. Remember when berks that beeped while trying to get by Strawberry having their cars rocked like cots too. We used to exit the ground via the express route of a 'dangle and drop' from back wall at top of the corner. huge electric cables an allsorts running along it thinking back haha.

Gemmill, I'm sure it was yourself asking about Sam Smiths recently ? Saw a mate other day who works for them. Can buy it in Fenwicks and the offy at Cradlewell (when coming off coast rd, on right after Armstrong Bridge) and Crusoes on Longsands'll sell it as a carry out (but be expensive) . Dunno where you're based but in Tynemouth Lois and Barca serve it. Cullercoats cleurb, Cluny and The Tyne at Ouseburn too. Anyhoo, if you get to any/all for home procurement purposes i'd be interested in a pricing analysis as its a lush drop. Doesn't have to be as involved as your recent fad/fasting dieting referencing like

It was a post by one of the American lads on here that made a reference to Jeopardy that got me dig them up again. That 'jeopardy' call is genius like. Its the speed and quality of the retorts. "you on the ball there son? " " . . .aaand begin!" "I love to jeopardy, babe. " On 'insulator job' "I put mustard on that shit" and "I don't use those little shit-breathers" . Great man. Ww Ant - I've not cross-refed the credits family guy/jerky boys but is that really him aye? (I assumed was more a rip off) Wonder if they've done any other stuff too ?
-
The Jerky Boys - Phonejackers' grandads, but way way funnier. Brighten your post Villa Monday with an earful of these fellas http://thahiphopcorner.com/forum/kings-of-...rky-boys-flood/ Any of Frank Rizzo's calls are top comedy (testing for jeopardy, roofing, insulator job, car salesman, automechanic, chief super accross the way are all a must hear)
