Right- this is odd but heights- conditionally. I can be standing on the edge of a huge cliff looking straight down and not be bothered but shake like mad when I'm on a ladder one meter off the ground. The difference? On the cliff I'd have at least one foot on a solid surface so no problem. Same philosophy about planes- love flying, and being miles up in the air is no problem as there's something (relatively) solid underfoot. The once exception- buildings...top of the Empire State looking down was really REALLY bad. My other fears? Spiders. On the verge of hysteria due to being bitten on the face by a brown recluse. And balloons. Hate them, simply hate them with a passion. Goes way back to when I was about 8 years old and some family members thought it would be funny to take needles and pop a shitload of balloons locked in a room with me screaming to be let out.

Yet another Friday night out. **sighs and grins** What a good night.

First off- Gol- you WUM extraordinaire. And J69- I already said it in person/phone on the actual day but have a great time in Boston! Remember, Hennessey's in the Haymarket section is great for a proper pint or 5, and most of the pubs around Fenway are good as well. Easiest to just take the T (train/transport) about town- madness to actually try to drive here and there. Oh and also- DON'T wear any NY yankees gear. Seriously.

What gets me even more is when someone parks their car on your private property- seriously had my neighbor's guest park in my drive recently. Got no problem with that if they'd have asked first. Moved my car up nice and close on one side, cousin's car on the other and his geet big truck right behind.

First couple of seasons were good- then it just got boring with lame gags, poor scripts and actors trying too hard with nowt to back them up for true comedy.
