  1. Honestly, I think the initial boost we got from these players came from them not being here.
  2. We're set up to not get beat and that's why we often get beat. Pardew is s cunt and oozes cuntishness, fuck knows why anyone would like him.
  3. Horeet. I just read it as some kind of defence of the complete shit being served up.
  4. I agree, but he isnt consistently good enough. Impact sub, like Gouffran.
  5. Stats and %s do not take into account bits of the real stuff. Like giving Nirvana marks out of 10 and making used areas of their stage go red in review.
  6. After some initial insubordinance they're now benefiting from our discount on bulk orders with Prozac.
  7. I know, it's as if the new players have had time to settle in to the way of things after a promising start.
  8. We did not outplay Benfica for the best part of 180 minutes. Sort your head out.
  9. Yep, Tooj. Sick of watching us messily fumble about furiously hoping for something to happen that we can pass off as an idea under this charlatan. He's a mid-table skidmark, but with better players to use than the likes of Pulis.
  10. I hope Nile Ranger goes through the windscreen of his Range Rover trying to get Lulu off the radio. Cunt.
  11. We're worse now than when Hughton was sacked, but with much better players. Let's see what happens.
  12. It's not just about something as objective as a team selection, man. It's about living amongst a philosophy, an attitude, a dynamic. We look beaten before kick off most of the time.
  13. I have come away from this feeling like I have many times this season. The difference is it's against Sunderland and three 20 yarders have been lashed in against us whilst we havent nicked one. We are set up to not lose, it's shit and with the attacking players we have it should be a hell of a lot better.
  14. I thought it would finish 2-1 them before kick off but, on the plus side, the badness was so big that it's numbed me. The bigger picture is that Pardew sends us out like that every match and he's got to go end of the season.
  15. I thought we were shit, lacked a fucking clue and although the 2nd half was better it was nowt but messy endeavour. With the players at Pardew's disposal it should be a lot better. The new signings gave the the tean a lift in January when they first arrived but, having had time to settle, they now look a bit lost.
  16. Anita's best asset is he runs about a lot, Bigirimana could go either way and Gosling simply cannot be a professional footballer. Other than that we're covered.
  17. It was the case. The Salako deal fell through our end after we landed a cut-price Ginola on the back of PSG stitching us up over George Weah. I remember Keegan saying something at the time about feeling sorry for Salako, later blaming John Hall for pulling the plug.
  18. Just a little more advancement and we'll be at the stage where someone else bids for him, offers double the wages and wraps up the signing in a matter of hours.
  19. He was sacked for scuttling Fonte's wife.
  20. You'd have to go back to the season we last went down for a worse performance, all things considered. What I will say though is that we should have had a penalty every time we put the ball in the box from a dead ball.
  21. Yes - it's "enough" because our opponents won't have had more than twice the rest we have.
  22. We last played 3 days prior at Old Trafford. Arsenal last played 7 days prior at Wigan. Of course it had a bearing on the outcome man, fucking hell.
  23. As it was going on I said to a pal that it's time to start docking points for it because ultimately that's why Fergie does it - to get the 3 points. Pissy fines and tickings off are a joke to him, but to learn that he isn't even ganna get that is such a kick in the bollocks. If I was another manager I'd be telling the FA to stick their 'Respect' campaign up their arse.
