You'd think a forward looking club would have similar coaching on that front for senior and youth teams, keep things consistent any whatnot. Not that we're a forward looking club.

So how many changes did they end up making? Just thinking, if this is the standard that gets you to third in league one then thats a hell of a drop off from the championship even, the most under invested premier league teams kids can match it.
