  1. You say that but it's already smashed it's target, took them a matter of hours. I remain cynical but it's tough to argue with raising 1 million in that space of time
  2. Watch the video curious what people think of this, from the industry side it would be a dream to actually develop for but I really don't see it taking off with consumers Like the pad from the sneak peaks though.
  3. David Brahney, I see the posters everyday around the city. Shame,
  4. We've not sold any of our top players yet then
  5. I not getting into all that shit. If we continue to sign good players, keep the best of the ones we have and do well on the pitch then I'm happy. We've no sold anyone yet.
  6. Aye, as it is we can't be the peak of ambition for an international footballer Players like cabaye, cisse and debuchy would stay if the club continued to grow and do better though
  7. Well it gives mass to all the other particles
  8. Not bad at all, just been the pics with a couple of mates Went to the Brew Dog Bar in Manchester last night after work, fantastic place, fantastic drinks on offer.
  9. Just back from Spiderman, Emma Stone...yup film was alright but I wouldn't call it anything more, the lizard looked like the goomba from mario, or marlon harewood Andrew Garfield was fine but I hated this peter parker he wasn't right hes meant to be a brilliant scientist but the equation wasn't his and he didnt develop the web stuff he bought it started to annoy me that he seemed to say everything twice too the twitchy little bastard
  10. thats fucking brilliant!
  11. agree with you there, a europa league place would be perfect hopefully a decent run in the competition too managing both would be a testament to the strength in the squad
  12. you collect the coins by giving zynga real coins
  13. yeh but no one is talking about that. and a microchip in the ball isn't going to do that the difference between tennis or cricket is that the rules aren't really open to interpretation like they are in football balls either out or its in, batsman's either out or he's not (by whatever method) football doesn't work like that, its not that clear cut since you're talking about a person and another person rather than a ball and a line, it will never happen.
  14. I don't see how the arguments that "its only happened once in 20 years of PL matches" and "its going to undermine the referee" actually stand together if its that rare an occurrence surely it will make absolutely no difference to the referee as it will never be needed and there is no problem with effecting the game, the only thing to get annoyed about is then that its a waste of money but the development costs are being handled by the companies developing the system and football wastes shit tons of money anyway so whats the difference?
  15. Which is why the chip system makes more sense. Its just more equipment at the end of the day, the top clubs spend more on coaches, medical technology etc too Should they be stopped from doing that to even the playing field across the divisions? For the fa cup I'd imagine with it being a chip and a field of some sort that the equipment could be made portable and introduced at a point in the competition across all matches.
  16. How is ensuring a correct decision undermining the umpire? It only undermines an umpire who is wrong by correcting them, that's a good thing. Added to the fact that, in top class cricket, the umpire is right most of the time anyway and the tech is used to allow them to make the right call in situations where it is incredibly tight or they just got something wrong, anyone who isn't a complete bell would rather have the right call made for the game and move on than preserve some misplaced sense of correctness or be crucified in the press and be really analysed and pulled to pieces by MotD or SSN Human error is part of what makes sports great but it should be the players errors and the players skills that do that, not the officials.
  17. Game Designer for a studio in Manchester, its what I've been studying to do and I've somehow landed a job on the strength of my portfolio before I'd even graduated its hardly tinned pork but the sleep patterns been an adjustment ( ) and commuting's a bit of a pain I've been incredibly lucky to get this though and its really enjoyable, all I hoped it would be while studying so far
