I went in McDonald's utterly shitfaced the night we played USA in the WC. Now normally am polite, well mannered and nice to everyone, well I think I am, but lots of drink plus gutting football displays, and on occasion I'm like the Brown Bottle from the viz. Carvins are fantastic guitars btw. yeh it is, you might notice theres not locking nut though, things older than I am and its got the scars to prove it, someone converted it to an upside down righty (for some reason) and you can see the filled in hole on the lower horn the pups when I got it were verging on meltdown, standard carvin ones which did sound alright when they were working, liked the coil taps but it was a bit of a gimmick Ive put in some Kent Armstrongs, neck is quite a soft warm PAF style pup, nice clean or with just a bit of gain on it neck is a harder with a much higher ouput, loves gain of any type, better for harder rock and metal guitar itself is an absolute beauty when its fully functional, neck through with a tiny neck, not wide and flat like my KH more like a shallow C all the way up fretboard is ebony with the odd orangey imperfection which I hated at first but love now edit: the reason Ive not named the KA pickups is because I dont remember which they were it was quite a while ago that I switched them
