Really? That was the worst time of my life as far as being a football fan goes. Hated every second of it, couldn't believe how badly things had gone and how badly the club were handling it. Full of trepidation of us struggling to get out of the Championship (doing a Boro basically). Much rather be a bit apathetic about results and angered about the lack of ambition, than seeing this club go through that again. I've joked that I sometimes wish we were fighting for our lives this season as it'd at least give me something to get excited about on a Saturday afternoon, but the reality of actually being relegated...

Kagawa, Mata and Januzaj are not average. They've got two of the best strikers in the business and the likes of Hernandez on the bench. It's their defence, Moyes' tactics, and Moyes's insistence on using the inadequate Young and Cleverley that is proving his downfall thus far.

For fuck's sake. I wish the club knew how massively disruptive this is for non-local fans like me. I've got a membership so I'm sorted, but very few of my mates (Toon fans included, but I used to go to away games with non-fans as well) around here do. So in turn I simply don't get to many games. If I could even just buy two as a member it'd help. I can't expect others to fork out £30 for a membership just to go and watch a game or two with me. It's a joke, and it's completely £-driven.
