It's possible I guess, although it would definitely be targeted at the Chinese if it was terrorism. There are a reasonable number of Chinese 'terrorist' groups, but they're all very low tech. This would be a huge step up - although it follows a few days on from that mass stabbing in a train station that (supposedly) was carried out by separatists.

Thing is, surely they'd go for an actual target, rather than just allowing the plane to go down in some unspecified location. Why not slam it into something? If the terrorists were undisturbed by the passengers during 5 hours of flying off course, I doubt they'd have been interrupted in a repeat of 9/11. I don't think it was terrorists. It's not like any group has claimed it either, which defeats the whole point.

Annoyingly at least one of those was against us. I think we lost 2-1 to two Bale wondergoals in the dying stages, or something to that effect... But you're right, he carried them massively.

Yeah... Spurs really fucked up the Bale sale - that was a key moment for them and it looks like they bought a load of total rubbish OR bought players who needed to gel under an intricately designed system which they then fired the architect of. Waste of space team, no hope of CL next year on this evidence. No point either, they wouldn't get out of qualifying on this showing.

I actually wondered if it might give us a window into how much of an affect Pardew actually has. If we keep winning without his highly motivational team talks, touchline instructions, then he's probably not all that important. Unless he works his magic in training. If results suddenly drop off a cliff then maybe he does achieve something. I know there's other factors at play, but still...
