Somehow i get the feeling the Sunderland job would never have entertained Keane, but seeing as it's the rival team of Shearer, and not forgetting at the time of keane's appointment that Shearer himself was being touted for the Newcastle job, that Keane thought/thinks that this is his way of getting Shearer back,by guiding the mackems back into the premiership etc.

Only got till the middle of next week to pull their fingers out.

I find it amazing with a few players that are not noted for being on the treatment table, suddenly find themselves under pressure through shite performances etc and next thing you know they are injured?Bramble and now Ramage,if it's the stick they recieve from the crowd and the adrenaline rush of anger that makes them go into the tackle harder or stretch for balls more than before is pretty suss to me,like an easy way out of the stick they are getting.
-
Where do i sign the petition to get them back in?

Much better than Zola, had Signori played in the Premiership, he'd have scored a truck load, Shevchenko = poor man's Signori, more like. I used to love watching Serie A in them days, the matches were often boring but the big stars always shone like Signori, Batistuta, Baggio, that AC Milan team was awesome, Inter had that Uruguayan, with the white boots, jesus forgot his name, he was a class player though, Balbo I liked him for Roma, I even remember Lazio winning 8-3 once in a crazy game, great saturday morning telly with the legend that is James Richardson, then on sunday the big match and formula one, followed by sunday dinner. Happy days. Was it not Daniel Fonseca?

He started badly, with his first 2 crosses going nowhere, but in the second half he got more involved, put ina really good cross and a really intelligent ball inside for Martins. So hopefully that's a good sign and at home he's a far better option on the wing than Patterson. And also put to bed the Luque issue, the amount of tracking back and trying to win the ball back that O'Brien done today,Luque could only dream about, this is what the lad O'Brien needed,a full game under his belt to build up the confidence, you could see that in the second half.

Another dulux factory explosion over the grand canyon result for Roeder.
-
O'brien's getting stuck in and tracking back, couldn't have seen Luque do that

Even more so than the match.
