One thing is for sure, I need to stop drinking. The depression it precipitates is something else. I can stop for weeks at a time, but then I invariably go on a bender which fucks me up. I get cravings which are insane. Any tips on how to stop completely would be greatly appreciated @Meenzer. The thought of not drinking again is pretty depressing tbh but for me the negatives now greatly outweigh the positives. What a shit place to be in.

Had my mum round there. She's concerned. The last thing I beed to do is put pressure on her. Jesus christ, what a twat I am.

Yeah, you might be right. I feel awful today. My family are away so I drank way too much beer yesterday which I definitely shouldn't have done. Been violently throwing up since 5am. I'm not fit for work, going to have to phone in sick. Oh fuck, my life is a mess. Never felt this low before. Sorry for being such a misery, going to try to snap out of it.

It's a cracking city anyway tbs tbs. Sure you'll find something decent.

I had a cuuncillor when I was going through a rough time 5 years ago, she was the fucking the pits, she actually helped precipitate a full scale nervous breakdown. The one I'm seeing now is okay, I just agreed to it because I had taken a fair bit of time of at work when my dad died because my head was so fucked. Anxiety through the roof, panic attacks. But it's done on Zoom and she doesn't understand my accent. Thing is, I just feel incredibly uncomfortable opening up to a stranger. Which is odd because I'm constantly spilling out my emotions in public on here! Got a GP appointment on Thursday and will probably get put on the happy pills. The other thing that has actually come as a surprise to me is how much I miss my Dad and sister. There's so many reminders, just seen my sister there on WhatsApp. Oh, and last week I got a letter from a debt recovery agency for her utility bills. They can get funked obviously.

Cheers mate. I'll be okay, got a scheduled meeting with councillor tomorrow as it happens! Not that she's any use like. Life just gets shitter the older you get. In my 20s and 30s, it was weddings. A few divorce parties in my 40s. Now I'm in my 50s (just) it's none stop fucking funerals. Life is so fragile and short. Got to embrace it while you have it but it's not easy if you have mental health issues yourself which if im honest I now have. This place does help though.

Really low. Had a great time in York at the weekend, took my mum and family to see my brother who lives there. Got a phone call this morning to inform me my uncle had passed. It wasn't expected. I stupidly told my mum straight away as I was in shock and not thinking straight, and she had a very public breakdown. That's her daughter, husband and kid brother she's lost in 14 months. I'm sick of everyone I love dying, feels like the family is being wiped out. My uncle lost his wife 4.years ago and I don't think he ever recovered. Devastated for my cousins who are a lot younger than me and now don't have parents. Oh, and my brother in law probably has lung cancer. Life fucking sucks.

Even if we were mathematically safe I still think some people would be bed wetting about getting some random points deduction.

#Mackem logic. It's our fault.they cheered.Adam Johnson and sang he can shag who he wants.

And the only golden Eagle left in England can sometimes be seen from the Haweswater side. AND. I once met Chris Bonnibgton on High Street. I was too shy/aloof to asky for a selfie though.

Anyway, Happy Easter everyone!

Such a shit show. Might make getting a hotel room in London easier/cheaper though I suppose. https://www.theguardian.com/education/2022/apr/16/40000-jobs-at-risk-as-foreign-pupils-shun-uk-language-schools-brexit-covid?CMP=Share_AndroidApp_Other

It's a paradox though, you need to get there somehow. Wainwright was very forthright condemning the upgrade of the A72 without a hint of irony that he was massively popularising the Lakes through his books. The story the world over.

Kirkstone pass Inn is a nice stop off on that route on a summers day. IF you ever wanted to do some hill walking it's also a great starting point (from the bus) as you're already 1500 feet up. Can walk over to Patterdale via High Street or Patterdale or Ambleside or Grasmere via Fairfield. Doesn't help me much though as it's always descent that fucks my knees and hips.

He's ruining Bowness iirc. Easily the worst lake district place imo.

Chill out and enjoy yourself is my advice. I'd love to ve in Keswick right now, regardless of plastic football fans. Been fucking freezing here today as well unlike virtually everywhere else!

"Well, there's one in the North Ricoh stand there anyway, here, have a look through my binoculars marra"...

Haven't seen a shred of proof for these 150 mags sad enough to watch Shrewsbury in the third tier in what is essentially a non-critical match. Who counted them? As it turns out, they have a twitter account pretty much dedicated to tracking down black and whites at their games. I mean look at this one who turned up to a Coventry home match! Or this undercover mag exposed at home to Bradford marra. Ffs!

Had to go to 3 garages to find petrol just there. Apparently diesel is sold out everywhere. Why isn't this on the news?

Not necessarily. Some can be dialed down to 1kT levels or less, a lot less than Hiroshima. However, even if that happened, all bets are off, I would think a full scale strategic nuclear conflict would be very likely. How fucking useless is their conventional army, air force, and navy though? He'll be embarrassed and that makes him more dangerous.

Hi iamaxartoonlover Apologies for the disgraceful behaviour of my uncouth peers. Here is the site you are looking for: https://toontastic.withgoogle.com/ Now please fuck off.
