So, if this budget has to pass the commons (I don't know if it does because I can't find any information on this), do we think it wil get through considering the IMF intervention and the conflict of the BoE. Surely this will be the final straw for 40+ tories? Surely that many actually care about the country?

I'm not sure about this personally. We've gone beyond that. No solutions to our rotten constitution, no solution to Brexit. Tinkering around the edges just doesn't cut it for me.

It's all academic anyway. We aren't gettin PR any time soon and I dislike Starmer more with each passing day. But I'll vote for him anyway, because the system he supports doesn't give me a choice.

You'll need to explain that to me. They'd be the largest party but would have to form a coalition with others, and I don't recall the right wing vote getting above 50% in total. The Lib Dems again maybe, but they would have toned down the lunacy of the last 3 years.
