I bet Johnson's that thick he thought he was legally ok so long as they didn't shag.
-
Bet this all relates to that admission about banging Pardew. All making sense (or should I say coming together?) now.

You didn't specify that but it's the same answer, more or less. I.e. different levels of the chemical. Variation would be accounted for by growing conditions such as the soil too presumably. Also, how do you know it's the exact same variety every time. When you're in a supermarket you can have what's means to be the same product but on the label it's a different variety grown by a different farmer and sometimes from a different country. Not that I've paid that much attention to that on onions but I've seen it on fruit etc. Anyway, the more of the sulphur-based compound released as a gas, the more your eyes water. I've also read before that keeping the root intact has an impact as more of the chemical is found there.

I had to look it for him then paraphrase what is essentially a layman's explanation
-
It does, man. It basically states that the irritant is caused by a chemical which is released by cutting the onion and the level of that chemical varies by species. Which is more or less the answer I gave you on the previous page.

If only there was some sort of resource available where you could find this out https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Onion#Eye_irritation

I think they're just using the correct legal term. I do take your point though

Steve McClaren sacked as Newcastle United 'Head Coach' (Manager)
Alex replied to Tooj's topic in Newcastle Forum
The ethos behind his bid to play better football is a reason I want to see him succeed, I must admit. I just don't have a lot of faith in him because of his previous track record and his inability to get results here. Plenty of sides have gone down playing attractive football as well. Also, while I think there's issues with the squad and the malaise which was present when he took over, the squad isn't that bad. Not one of the worst 3 or 4 in the league anyway. -

Take no notice of Chez. He wrote off the whole of Belgium after the authorities found his weed stash on the way back from the Dam. He probably got sold a dodgy cowie off a Bavarian fraulein

Funny how shit never seems to stick though. Milliband was fucking castigated for his 'Father who hated Britain' or whatever in Mail (even though the journalist's father was a fucking theatre correspondent or something like when Milliband's dad was fighting during WW2). Imagine if this was Corbin's brother, for example.

Aye, good point.

Aye, it'll be based purely on social media. Then the bit about scoring highly for his insight is just to sound good and that's purely subjective anyway.
-
He'll be on about £20k, if that. That's how.
-
I would imagine he scores highly for offering people out on Twitter.

I looked at the start of it. They go on about: Lee’s insightful, finger-on-the pulse reporting on all things Newcastle United. As an example they've got a twitter feed where he says: As some fans protest about ticket prices #nufc slash season ticket deals for future generations of supporters Aye, how fucking insightful. Trooper posted this http://www.themag.co...ices-must-read/ article from the Mag the other day. Which, despite its brevity, gives a far greater analysis of the reasons behind the ticket pricing at SJP and gives the lie to the notion Ashley is being benevolent (or that the tickets are, on average particularly cheap). I know it's only a tweet, so the comparison is unfair but Ryder wouldn't have the 'insight' or the balls to write a piece like that one in the Mag.

I think the main person who writes the NUFC stuff for The Chronicle is one of the most influential by default. Doesn't mean they're any good though

You sure it wasn't Buzz Killington?

Good rep as a coach without a doubt. Apples and Oranges though -

Despite him saying he'd always liked him on his howaythetoon board just after he was appointed. He then went on to continually blame Gemmill for the appointment whilst exonerating the club hierarchy -

I would like to see him do well obviously, I just don't get the optimism. I would say Gloom's assessment of his CV is generous. He's had 7 jobs including this one post-England. You could only say he's done well in one of them. Basically sums up the club hierarchy that we even went after him. -

Souness, at a guess
