What did you think of Sports Directs sponsorship of NUFC?

Do you think there's a link? -
All moot anyway as he'll be pinging balls into the new striker

What do you think of Sports Direct? Shit What do think of shit? Sports Direct -
Probably due to the lack of historical accuracy (and time machine).

Honest player but was never good enough. Says a lot about the set-up how long he was here. Couldn't believe his luck he was playing for us which also says a lot

Got to be self parody now like

Just finished Touching Distance by Martin Hardy. Heartwarming and heartbreaking nostalgia in equal measure. It's absolutely brilliant. A must read for every Newcastle fan.

Thought it was good but Wolf Hall was better so maybe give that a whirl. I won't recommend the book

Aye, it's exactly like the patter about how financially sound we are etc. There's a dearth of proper analysis of the situation in the media. It's almost a case of the assumption being made that he does everything he says he's going to do (not to mention a second relegation on his watch has looked possible again this season, which would obviously costs tens of millions even if it was just one season out the top flight). This goes all the way back to stuff like the 5 year plan in the programme notes. Total fucking bullshit in other words

Crack on the beeb is Man City are hopeful he might play again this season.

There's been some speculation he's off but I would be surprised too. Especially as Terry is finished
-
Suppose Chelsea might want a player to go on loan to us as opposed to a permanent move to Liverpool for example. Especially as Hiddink might not be there beyond the summer. Obviously Cahill might tell us to fuck off and the wages would be a big issue for the owner etc. All moot anyway like I suspect

News was suppressed by a secret cabal of Newcastle business men apparently.
