well fair enough but it was on the back of a match where he made utterly perplexing selections and used bizarre tactics against a side with a poor defence having a bad run of form. The players were poor but he has to take a massive portion of the blame

You have but that was hardly the main point of the previous post.

September is a stone cold classic. RIP

no one said we didn't. Your argument was there were plenty chances being created for our strikers. A good conversion of chances rate is about 20% though so the amount of chances created had a huge impact on goals scored. It's bound to impact the form of any strikers too. Even more so if they aren't in the top 10 in the league. For all that though you've flip-flopped abor 5 times over how good mitrovic is.
-
Only a idiot would fail to realise the impact chance creation has on goals scored.

Discount stats as they prove you wrong.
-
statistically we don't create many chances so that completely destroys that argument
-
how many points better off were we going to be than last season btw? Now you reckon it's not down to the manager. Ffs

Alex replied to Tooj's topic in Newcastle Forum
Results haven't gotten any better. And who expected Townsend to be amazing. Everton have been playing gash too. -
This is like the cricket thread where the posts where you send yourself up are virtually indistinguishable from the serious ones.

I hadn't quite looked at it that way but I think you're spot on, sadly

Fancy a draw or a narrow win for them. Hope I'm wrong but I think their position and ours (plus the outlook of Pulis) means they'll set-up not to get beat and we'll struggle to break them down.

The notion the owner is deliberately skirting with relegation gives him way, way too much credit.
