  1. You've posted that before (or something very similar) and I had to stifle a laugh when the lad was on about because that's all I could think of. It's fucking preposterous, man
  2. It's true like. Fucking love going to the Lakes and climbing the fells. Even better if the cottage you're staying in has shit mobile phone coverage and nee fucking wifi.

Wonder if CT thought they were better before he read the review telling him they were better They are nice like, as beans go. Not being a 5 year old, I don't eat them too often.

I like them like that too, i.e. with the sauce thickened up. It's still beans on toast with cheese though.

One serving is roughly equivalent to 20 Bensons.
  6. There's a kid I work with who is spot on and intelligent and what have you but he genuinely believes there's an agenda whereby Newcastle (the city that is) gets all the money in the region and Sunderland gets none.
  7. I think it's about how the argument is made tbh. The current government / coalition have borrowed ridiculous amounts of money but that's ok because they've convinced people it isn't a big issue. They've hardly done anything in terms of stimulating growth either but they've managed to convince enough people otherwise. And they were up against Ed Miliband at the last election.
  8. Love that Paul Johnson track. Takes me right back
  9. Every time I watch a scene from it I still can't get my head around just how bad it is.
  10. Should've used his phone
  11. I think it was harsh but there's no chance of it being rescinded. More chance of a longer ban for a spurious appeal.
  12. When you changed it to mean he was the main man it was a point that didn't need making. When you inferred he was the only striker option you were talking shite, as you later confirmed by pointing out what the other options were. As I've already made clear, it's your fault you didn't know what the phrase meant when you used it.
  13. By saying we'd put all our eggs in one basket with him, it was implicit that we didn't have other options though
