That's the back room team

No argument from me. I just can't listen to it though. Most shows seem to be hosted by fuckwits getting even bigger fuckwits annoyed enough to phone in. A lot of 5Live isn't a great deal better like

Alan Pardew - Poltroon sacked by a forrin team
Alex replied to Kid Dynamite's topic in Newcastle Forum
People say he didn't lose the dressing room because of the resilience shown by that good run but what does the shit form of the last two years say about the players' feelings towards him? Because we definitely had players capable of performing better than that over that period.- 10610 replies

As much as I hate pardew it's tinged with the uncertainty of just what a fuck up the owner might dream up as a replacement. Still happy like- 10610 replies

It should be inconceivable anyone with so little experience should even be in the running.
-
Presumably it's only alright to elbow someone in the face if they're called Ulrika Jonsson
-
Aye, he defender McManaman to the hilt and that was a genuine potentially career threatening challenge. Which tha FA did fuck all about as well.
-
Carver and Stone won't be able to believe their luck if it's Beardsley as I would imagine that would entail his having to work with the current coaching team.
-
Tbh it was daft and he should be banned but Danny Murphy talking about a potential 9 match ban on motd. Meanwhile tackles like the one Rooney did in the second half against us didn't even result in a yellow card. It's laughable. Murphy also said Coleman didn't make a meal of it even though he went down like a fanny even though there was nowt wrong with him. Which I don't even mind that much but Murphy trying to suggest it was somehow commendable behaviour on the Everton player's behalf is taking the piss. Also, it's now completely acceptable for defenders to cheat in the box all the time but when a forward reacts the book should be thrown at him? It stinks.

I'd never heard of one until Boxing Day. I wouldn't care but the bloke I know who got one is about my age. Perfect for his 'selfies' for his Facebook page apparently. I was speechless

Is it safe to have Mackems wandering the streets of Newcastle?
Alex replied to Happy Face's topic in Newcastle Forum
I was pissed off but (to my surprised and consternation) I found myself not arsed about 5 mins later. Not sure if that's 100% down to the 'Mike Ashley effect' but it's a massive factor in my caring a lot less. -
Lots of primary sources on both sides mention it so it's pretty certain it happened. Interesting to hear your story about it. It's a great story really.

Think he shows better link up play than lineker ever did. Lineker was a hell of a goal poacher though.

What's with all these people getting 'selfie sticks' for Xmas? jesus titty-fucking wept. Apologies to anyone who got one

If there's any interest in him I reckon he'll be away in January and the club will reason there's a ready-made replacement in De Jong.

It's a more disciplined role but I'd still give Sissoko licence to get forward. I'd play Cabella as well. Instead of Gouffran. At home at the very least. The defence is dodgy so we're always liable to drop points unexpectedly (if that's not a contradiction in terms) but, for me that's all the more reason to be a bit more positive. I think in any bad runs though 'Pards' is likely to go into survival mode and play 'honest grafters'. And in a way it's almost hard to blame him because mid table safety is all the owner is after. It breeds a play it safe culture which a yes man like him is more than happy with it would seem.
