It's the same ones who divert all the north east investment away from Sunderland and towards Newcastle. It's perfect for them, when you think about it. Yeah, it's really affected. That piece is actually not too bad though, not just the subject matter but the style itself is more reserved than usual. I don't actually mind reading stuff that's stylistically a bit pretentious if the writer can carry it off but her stuff is usually unreadable.
