Cheers lads, we're reconsidering cos the wikipedia review of the nightlife there isn't too great. Other options are Prague, Amsterdam or Frankfurt. The guy who's birthday it is fancies going to Frankfurt as he has a Germany friend out there.

Has anybody ever been there? We're going for a mates 21st in January for a couple of nights. Should be good but I've heard it's quite expensive. Any good stories of the place? What is the legal drinking age etc? Couldn't turn it down with 20 quid return flights

Bit of a related question, but tried that test and get a 3meg odd connection downloaded. but youtube, tv-links etc takes ages to load videos. We upgraded our internet to 4 meg the other day from 2, yet has seem to have gotten slower since the upgrade. Any ideas what could have happened? We're on Virgin by the way

Any idea why some smileys dont appear for me. Just "biggrin,gif" appears. with the full stop instead of the comma. Quite confusing!

This is gonna delight my housemate. He's against facebook so much but as soon as we leave the room he can be found on my facebook looking for his old school mates etc.. He's too stubborn to sign up (god knows why) but now he can search them through google he's gonna be in dreamland!

Myspace is a complete dead duck nowadays. Being a student facebook is great for sorting stuff out, nearly all my mates have it so good for keeping in contact

I love my i-pod. One of my best purchases over the years. However the battery life is very shite if you don't charge it from the mains. If you charge it using the cable they give you for the computer on the usb I find I only get about 6-7 hours out of it.

Talk about lock ya daughters up I found a spider on my curtains when I shut them the other day. Was about as big as the one Craig found in his daughters room. Scared the shite out of me! I had to go get a tissue and lob it down the toilet. Hate spiders

Nah it isnt in warranty. I borrowed my dads old one and its worked nicely and I just won't move it around very much as thats probably what the problem was in the first place! Seems like quite a dodgy connection at times still but hasn't come unplugged for a few days now

Started this matched betting. Seems like a confusing gig at first but really pays off. Earnt bout 80 quid in 4 days. Seems odd though having about 400 quid in a couple of betting accounts!

Potting a can of coke on an expensive pool table for a laugh. The can sprayed all over the feckin place was so embarassing cos when I realised what I'd done it pretty much sobered me up!
