our front three was the best it’s been all season. I like Gordon on the left but we surely have to start with those three now when everybody is fit. Isak is ice cold in front of goal. He’ll get 20 plus goals in the PL, which is amazing considering all the games he’s missed through injury - 10, I think? What a striker we have man, we have to hold onto him. he hasn’t even been at his best this season because of all the injuries. 100% agreed about Anderson. He was so unfortunate with his injury as he would have had loads of chances this season. I’m interested to see how he gets on in the rest of the season. It was great to see someone pressing aggressively from midfield. We’ve missed that aggression and physicality since Joelinton’s been out

Tottenham’s run in is brutal: they’ve still got to play arsenal, Liverpool, Man City and Chelsea. We couldn’t catch them, could we?

wow, rayvin confessing to being even more miserable than renton - what has become of us? i used to be idealistic and angry at the world but i have made peace with the fact that politics is a game, most politicians are unprincipled and power hungry and our electoral system isn't fit for purpose. it's easier to stay positive once you adopt a cynical worldview and see our democracy for what it is. i used to protest vote, today i will vote for the party that has a chance of winning and which will hopefully make all of our lives a little less shit. i'm just thankful that i live here in the west - and not russia or china or some arab country where what you think or feel has even less value. got to stay positive and try and enjoy the ride while it lasts. all of our lives are meaningless and no one will care about any of the things that keep us awake at night after we're gone.

Great that Big Joe has agreed a new deal. It's imperative we keep Bruno too. He's our most important player. Just give him the captain's armband. The way he has managed to control himself these past few games to avoid picking up the final yellow card that would result in a two game suspension has been unreal - particularly as his performance levels haven't dropped. He loves it here. Make him captain - let him be the one to lift the firs trophy. (watch him pick up a booking against Spurs now for a reckless tackle or mouthing off to the ref now)
