Especially that thing when they were doing it to you, if you're a lass living by yourself, it must make you wonder whether it's just some dickhead that's picked a number at random who's getting their kicks out of it, or whether they're actually watching you/trying to work out if you're out or something. Like you say though, it's canny pathetic. nowt like making her feel better like! They're only brave enough to try and mess with me over a phoneline - they know better than to try it for real

It took me all of yesterday afternoon I was pottering around the house in between levels and making cups of tea etc so I wasn't quite sat there all that time

Thinking about it, what does someone get out of making dodgy phonecalls to people? I've never quite understood it. It's surely one of the most pathetic things you can do. Some people need to seriously get a life.

Aye, I've not had any for ages. Whoever it was must have got bored of my answerphone message that I just left running every time the phone rang.

I've just answered the phone at home to be met with what sounded like a recorded answerphone message telling me that the person was calling to arrange delivery of my radio and that I should phone an 0701... number to sort it out. Now having not ordered a radio from anywhere I suspect it's one of them dodgy 'phone the number back and be charged a fortune for it' scams. I've checked the number and it's a 50p a minute number so they can get stuffed. Anyone had anything similar happen?

Me and Paul (Charlie ) will be there beforehand, plus one or two others I know in all probability. I was hoping to get there for aboot 3-ish. You'll be there at about half 4 then. Fashionably late. Edit (for Cath): I will be there on time though (-ish) with it being a late kick-off. Fab Had visions of me drinking on my own for an hour! Sounds like most of the lasses on here every friday night, to be fair. We're all fabulous company and any bloke that ends up in our company on a Friday night is extremely lucky!

It's pig ignorant people who shove you in the back and send you flying while they barge past you rather than just saying "excuse me" Whateverrrrrr!
