Can you read? Now where did I say that? He put 50K in to buy Killer IIRC and put a few million in to buy shares which of course he has had back 10-fold. I stand by my point, our meteoric rise uder his Chairmanship was paid for by us lot and we continue to bankroll our club today despite the credit FS seems to get for this with the media and rival fans who say "he does back his managers with money".

Seriously, the only difference between this forum and N.O is the software, the number of members and the volume of usage. Both have their arseholes, both have their quirkyness, both have their what I'd call top members, wind-up merchants and their straight-laced members. Both have good threads and crap threads. Both have their good days and their bad days. Both are canny and useful resources for Toon fans to use. And long may they both remain that way. Obviously if I leave this place it will die a death, so I'll stick around.

I had a mate who's nickname was: "Fat cherry coke pie eating kebab man" because he would eat pies and kebabs and wash them down with diet cherry coke. He used to wear bright orange and lime green Adidas jumpers which made him stand out a mile, funny lad. Took it all in good spirit.

Welcome to 2001 112596[/snapback] I know. Same with the Office, League of Gentleman, Big Britain, I'm Alan Partridge, Red Dwarf and for Faulty Towers, a good few years. I'm not a telly adict so I don't go out my way to watch stuff, I usually watch all these shows when they get repeated on terrestrial TV a few years later. Scrubs was on a channel on freeview at a mate's house, sat down and watched it for 20 minutes, laughed a lot but as I said, bit too slick for me, no real spontaneity to it. I was second guessing the gags after 10 minutes. I don't think I've watched an episode of 24 or lost either which seems to dominate N.O and some posts on here.
