Aye I must be coming up on 10 years service. The fire has been all but extinguished. Aye there must be a fair few testimonials coming up in 2011/12. Think I turned up towards the end of 2002, might be wrong though. I'd browsed for ages before bothering to sign up (to defend Gary Speed IIRC). I think I joined around mid '02 and I'm pretty sure I remember you being around then. I can recall most of those who were already around when I joined and those who joined shortly after. It seemed to explode when we got knocked out the cup by Wolves in January '03.

All clubs fans bang on about how big they are etc etc and it's largely a pointless argument. West Ham have just been relegated however. They've shown 'ambition' (in the money spunker sense) and they've gone down the tubes because that's only ever half the equation. Additionally, I think they'll always have to pay a bit of a premium anyway cos they're a pissy little outfit. Nolan should be a very good buy for a Championship push either way though.

Think he's been playing behind the striker at Wigan, looks a better player than the one that left Will be particularly displeased if this means he gets counted as both a midfielder and a striker for the purposes of our squad.
