  1. Orrible. It was just weird. You couldn't put anything in it because of the slopey hatchback. It was just a massive .... car. A massive, ostentatious car. A 4x4 coupe SUV with no space? Niche marketing gone too far imo.
  2. SLP and most red blooded fellas! Definately something about newsreaders- Kate Silverton, Susanna Reed...... all would receive back door damage Pure quality. Makes me late for work most friday mornings.
  3. Falling on his sword in anticipation of the 'lie-gate' hearing I wonder? It was always going to happen. It's been delayed 12 months on the grounds that he didn't want to appear as though he was walking away as a result of 'spy-gate'. Caught with their trousers down for spy-gate and lie-gate within two years, but of course Ferrari are still the baddies
  4. How very dare you Mr fish ...no ...I like most of the Indie stuff around nowadays although I admit it is spoiled a bit by the mop/tousled haired skinny jean/ emaciated/ white plimsolled brigade...and Blue WKD...never passed my lips as yet...a decent bourbon or polish vodka yes. thanks all for your advice xx I suppose its all down to our generations. I don't think I'd fancy clubbing these days, be it dance or alternative. Give me a proper '90s indie disco anytime. Dr K...I go to quite a lot of Indie band gigs /club nights and still find it amusing when people seem to think I am there with my children At the end of the day i can drink them all under the table...know all the words to the tunes and still end up playing mother to some poor tart crying over her lad in the bogs !! Good on ya Radgi. I just think a load of teenage emo kids would piss me off. And get in the way of my madchester dancing

  6. Stevie man, you've the c-word in your sig Don't give people a stick to beat you with.
  7. Ireland's paint job included the Superman logo on the petrol cap and little number 7's on the wheels
  8. Nissan GT-R and a Legacy estate as a more practical alternative with the change.
  9. Falling on his sword in anticipation of the 'lie-gate' hearing I wonder?
  10. Agreed. He's a very knowledgeable football poster ( football generally, not just NUFC), and it's his confrontational style that can set this place off now and again. He's a bit of a Gordon Ramsey / Alan Sugar character in some ways, in that he clearly knows his stuff but if you get on the wrong side of him, he's not going to be shy telling you about it.
  11. No. To simplify: They can't see anything until you hit the 'add reply' button. Stevie's posts won't appear directly on the thread at the moment, a moderator will have to approve them first, then they will appear. Hope that doesn't come across as patronising, but if it does we could always meet up outside the Trent for a fight
  12. It's a canny few years since I've been there. Proper sweaty indie club. Who are you going to see?
  13. The diffuser gang's cars have been found to be legal, and the results so far will stand. The FIA is losing its grip, surely they can rule the first two races 'pre-season friendlies' to give the teams a chance to adapt to the new rules. Or quadruple points for red cars for the rest of the season??
  14. You still stuck with the mentalist Wykiki?
  15. He was at the funeral of the oil workers lost in the helicopter crash. Front row, of course.
  16. RIP I would've guessed he was a lot older than 70.
  17. Pisses me off that we weren't in for Beattie and Etherington in January.
  18. Hawksbee & Jacobs are good, Mike Parry is ok as long as he has Andy Townsend keeping him in check, Durham is ok with Ian Wright in small doses, just bear in mind he's always going to take the devils advocate role.
