If you're 85 in the NE, chances are you're getting by on not much more than a state pension. (and yes I think he would have done at least some of this even if he thought they'd fucked it) So it sounds like, at least on the face of it, Howe is still fully on board, and it's largely Isak (and Paul Mitchell/Darren Eales who refused to improve his contract) that have brought about the vast majority of the mess we find ourselves in.
