I can't think of much worse for your mental state than watching stuff like that. The people that need to see stuff like that are the people that could do something about it, but aren't. It's on nobody else to put themselves through it. All the "don't look away" stuff on social media - please fuck off, it's absolutely horrendous but I don't need to be walking around with that on my hard drive. It serves no purpose.
