Totally agree... Totally disagree, he's just a surfing James Bl©unt! Without going all Patrokles on ya'ass get out there and listen to something that hasn't had the life ripped out of it by a major label A&R wanker! Hmmm - i think there's a tendancy to knock music if it becomes mainstream regardless of how good it is. I like Jack Johnson's stuff - and he isn't even comparable to James Bl©unt! Ok, the surfing James Bl©unt might be a tad harsh but I hear Jack Johnson jangling away and it does nothing for me because he's not half the song writer that Chris Isaak was and let's be honest in the end he was just another A&R whipped waste of space in the end. I know I always champion the cause but I've never understood how Adam Franklin was missed by his own english public??? Swervedriver should have been up there with the stone roses and my bloody valentine for great moments in 90s english music but it didn't happen. Now the guy is churning out great solo guitar stuff on small US indie labels and even less people know about him! And there are a host of great musicans like him still making music and that doesn't include the back catalogue of the last 100 odd years of recorded music. So why the fuck we waste time and space on the half decent Jack Johnsons let alone the talentless, should have been a stain on the sheets James Bl©unts is beyond me.

Barclays Premier League Newcastle v West Ham Kick Off 13:30 St James Park Live on Skysports -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Half Time Score: A lacklustre 0-0 Full Time Score: A frustrating lacklustre 0-1 First Goalscorer: Parker because the prick never looked like he'd score for us (but you could insert Bowyer or Dyer in there if he was fit) And for 5 bonus points how many ex newcastle players will start the game? 3 - Parker, Bowyer and Nobby with Bellamy coming off the bench in the last twenty to set up Parker's goal.

Leave. Leave and never come back. Speaks the prince fan. You say that as if there's even a comparison to be made. I've seen Prince live, and I'm a fan of his guitar playing and his musical talent. Wouldn't call myself a Prince fan really though. Although I would GLADLY call myself a Prince fan if the alternative was saying I'm a James Blunt fan. One's a freak show who's name is a symbol and one is one of the most talented acoustical singer/songwriters of recent times. Aye, I know which is the least embarrassing One's been around for over 20 years and still has sell out concerts around the world. The other is the latest 5 miinute wonder who's released an album that did OK. He's the latest 'David Gray' tbh So you've heard the new album then? Nope.... He's still a 5 minute wonder who released an album that did OK. That is unless you have a delorean and can tell me how the new one has done? At least a DeLorean's stainless steel body will last forever structurally, more than you can say for James blunts work! agreed, the world was robbed. Yes and no, any person that is stoopid enough to go swimming in the Mississippi river and expects to survive really hasn't got the brains to continue on this earth (anyway everyone knows he's working at Elvis's fish and chip shop in Warrnambool, Victoria).

The US nee chance. The last thing I can see Mourinho doing is suffering the politics and limitations of a national team. He'll sit out and wait for the inevitable position at Real Madrid, Bayern Munich or another high profile club to become available. Either that or Laura's already tapped him up and if Sam doesn't sort himself out soon he'll be toon manager by Christmas

That's it I'm off again!

I think you may find you feel the same way once you get to the end of the second series of Carnivale I hate to say.

Unfortunately where did the thread end up though? Oh yeah with people name calling and filled with unintelligent criticism!

And hopefully they will come in for Ameobi and your support in the Jan window

Can we be honest about this? Your original post was nowhere near this argument No it read like this: Can you see the difference?

Hiddink just signed on as Rusky manager for a bit longer but seeing Abromovich pays his bills he'll be there int he next couple of hours.
-
Laz, we just finished the second series and it's as good as the first but without being a spoiler you do realise it was axed after the second series - which makes it as frustrating as fuck!

Hi I'm here, where you all been at???? I couldn't get onto the board a while back so I've been waiting for you all here: http://s7.invisionfree.com/toonchat/ but no-one showed up So then I just died. Actually I've been away for work and logging on has been a problem from our off site provider, then I took a couple of weeks leave and although there were palm trees I never saw that hammock. Cath, sorry didn't get your message, my phone was destroyed a couple of weeks ago and I'm only just in the process of sorting a new one. But it's bliss without a mobile, everyone should try it.
