1. If he doesn't make the squad for Southampton i think it will be the end of him here unless there is an injury. I've noticed O'Brien nor Chopra have made the squad either, anyone know why? Or did they and i missed it?
2. common sense an alien concept to you then ? 93591 It's uncommon and subjective.
3. I feel confident we will NOT be getting Glenda Hoddle.
4. He ordered the muslim population to kill all non-believers and opened up death camps in Poland. 91405 I hope he wasn't influenced by my Nation of Islam info, i wasn't being serious Well, maybe a little bit........
5. I don't read much of AF's work so no offence intended but, what is the issue between him and some of the users? Why the reference's to him posting as someone else? I could probably answer that myself with 'Because he posted as someone else' i know but, what did he say (allegedly) that p*ssed people off? I'm a bit off the pace with this one lads. Sorry.
6. The ITV ratings on teletext made him our worse player, Dyer did more in 15 mins according to them. I wasn't there like, only saw MOTD highlights which Dyer didn't feature on, i can guess why
7. To Dotbum: Bless you my son, do you think i could get work on the Evangelical Channel? Or would i look like a pimp in a white suit and diamond bracelet?
8. I think this 'feeling of isolation' from mainstream British society is possibly one of the things that has encouraged Islmaic extremism to grow in this country. 90191 I can see this from both sides tbh. Anyone would feel a bit isolated if few people spoke, dressed, looked like, prayed like oneself. However i also think it's a bit rich to demand the populace of the host country to display human qualities over and above that which you are capable of yourself and then have the hump about it when they don't! It is incumbent on the arrivee to do their best to fit in imo.
9. Anyway, here's my tuppence worth. People who are easily offended by such remarks are people who have brittle faith. If you love your wife dearly and think the world of her, what would you care if someone disagree's or even makes fun of her looks? She is beautiful to you and that should be enough. Anybody who reacts with violent or vengeful thoughts, words or deeds to a stupid cartoon has deep personal problems. This isn't an Islamic issue imo, the people involved have serious character flaws and probably very, very low self esteem coupled with a feeling of isolation. These aren't bad mus
10. Them lot are mentalists. FACT! 88651 You realise i'm reading this and taking your comments very seriously don't you...
11. Did you? I'm so hard I just brush of threats me like. Pefectly happy to fight you if you want though. 88564 I'm not in the mood now so you're lucky
12. It certainly does - I was just about to ask you if there are any Sarf London pubs where it's vaguely safe to watch Toon matches. Are there, mind? 88573 If you want to look at real live geordies go to the Barley Mow just off Grovesnor Sq. Not South London but they actually let you feed them as well as take pictures As for S. Lunnen pubs, any of them are OK for NUFC i think because no one down here could give a toss if they win or lose!
13. Sorry, i was away so couldn't keep up. OK, this seems based on something a little different from abstinence from alcohol. However, i'm not getting of what J69 is getting instead either And, tbh, i'm really crap at fighting, too weak. I threatened Renton once but he just ignored me, didn't even have the decency to bait me back....
14. Can i just ask, is there something inherently wrong about not drinking alcohol? I don't drink, does that upset some people on here? Is this based on some other facet of J69 that i haven't been aware of?
15. but how many people told him to give Souness time .... he was doing what they wanted, those who backed him to back Souness simply can't criticise him now Did he fuck up when he shelled out 26m quid on 2 players a lot of people said would get us into europe .... :-( 87800 I'm pretty certain FS wasn't listening to people on this board though. I'm pretty certain it was his own decision. 87802 Fans as a whole, and it was a pretty accurate reflection of all the message boards...my point is that if you backed Shepherd to back Souness and buy thos
16. My thought's exactly 87894 you don't get it do you ? Having spent money on players that PEOPLE BACKED, and making cheap sales that PEOPLE BACKED, what money we had left has been used to get rid of fuckwit. What on earth makes you think that there was ANY MORE ! Utterly amazing 87959 Routeldege and D'Allesandro on loan. I still utterly fail to see what the 'People's Backing' had anything to do with logical debate. Still i'm sure your 'linear' in some other areas.....

18. Prefer Ashton to both and I think he could play with Owen. 85980 I really haven't seen enough of Ashton. I don't remember him tearing it up when he played (briefly) in the Prem. I know he's big and meant to have good feet. Does he win lot's in the air? Is he good at playing his strike partner in? Hasn't he just moved to the Hammers? 85992 Yep, yep and yep 86009 OK, OK and err...oh!

20. I've thought Roberts would be a good forward for Owen to play off for a while now. He's very strong and committed, decent in the air, not bad technically and is a real team player. I think he would be good for Owen's game. Personally i think we missed a trick with Yakubu. He looks like a good footballer to me with good awareness, i like the way he tries to bring other people in to the game. Anyway, he signed for Boro and they're doing worse than us so, he's not the cure to all ills!
21. But your children and your children's children would forever curse your memory
22. It seems my previous post was rubbish, i've just read this on another forum: "I support Graeme Souness fully and and its difficult for me, sitting on the sidelines with my feet up when I want to help him out. I want the manager to be there when I get back from injury as he's brought me in and I've been very impressed with him. He's got a big part to play here and does it very well. I just want to get back fit as quickly as possible. Newcastle paid a massive fee for me and pay my wages and you almost feel guilty being unable to play. I'm just hoping that when I come back, the manager is st
23. I didn't see Owen coming out recently telling the press that they're all 'behind Souness 100%', nor Given. Just an observation, not related to topic really
24. Maybe he has mafia connections? 83751 Has he been seen in any Pizzeria's? We have a right to know!
