Unless it's caused by something naughty he's done. If the rumours are anywhere near correct expect it to be handled under "wife couldn't settle" despite him/them having been here a pretty long time.
-
British skank wannabe's probably but potentially devout Catholic Argie, not so much.
-
Agree and I'm sure they will but this is a footballer we're talking about, just loses that half a yard of pace doesn't go full tilt when he should, easy for these fuckers to make a position untenable.
-
What would you call a ghood reason ??? The Falkalands for example Footballers want, they get. In this case though, he's going to have tp put in a transfer request and lose whatever "loyalty" cash/bonus he's got written into his contract. If he wants to go home to Argentina, he's gpoing to be taking a huge cut in wedge I would have thought, and I can't see San Lorenzo having much to offer in the way of a fee (we'd want about £5-6 Mill on current form/age I reckon)

IF there's any truth in this, he's a footballer first, club Captain second, and footballers are worse than spoilt bairns, me first and always that way.

Nah mate, health and safety rules fucked him off around 1980 -
They are not allowed time to settle, that's why Enrique and Colo (and Anita for that matter) were branded shite by many early doors.
-
Was expecting pictures behind security glass and all sorts, was taken well by surprise by the "security string" The Ann Frank house is a must do as well IMO.
-
That's a fantastic visit, his early stuff was utter garbage mind, but once he discovered colour his paintings are incredible, tiny brush strokes and really thick paint. Tip for visiting (we were given by a "local"), get there for opening and go straight to the first floor, all the coach trips etc go ground floor first, which is all people he influenced or was influenced by (can't recall) all Van Gogh's actual work is upstairs.

He's Italian

Neither is particularly "good", but Simpson > Santon defensively IMO
-
Simpson is a better defender than Santon by no small distance (but Santon isn't on the fans shit-list) not much in it going forward either, end product is usually the same, albeit Santon can beat a man (sometimes) but delivery is neithers strong point.

Great ??? He's been average, made one good run yesterday and cut the ball across, made another and didn't cut the ball across when he should have. Defensively he's poor and it gets more exposed without Jonas doing the running about getting in the way job (in fairness any fullback will get exposed without any cover). He cost us 2 goals last night, one for us and one for them, why he didn't attack the ball/cross that Anichebe scored from I cannot comprehend.

http://www.nufcblog.org/newcastle-united-accounts.pdf Yes it shows no money being taken out (although this years accounts, not yet due, cover the period you refer to)

Erm... read the accounts.

The clock started ticking this year and full compliance has to be "in place" by 2015 I believe. Malaga (I think it was/is) have already been suspended from the CL/Europe next season for some breach of FFP to do with unpaid debts. I think the FFP could work, it's been brought in because there was a will for it from the clubs, the really rich (in their own right) don't want to be upstaged by the artificially rich.

Won't be a problem, I would guess Abramovich will cover/underwrite any insurance.
-
No it wouldn't but I don't think a short term deal was even do-able. Do you really think the folks around Demba would have sold away/postponed their leverage for less than they'll get out of the move, especially with his supposed time-bomb knee. There was absolutely no incentive for them to deal with us until they tested the market, they've got a bite from a big (fraudulently inflated IMO) fish, we have no chance. A short term deal with us, even for say £10K a week more than Chelsea will pay, makes absolutely no sense on any level from the Ba camp perspective IMO
-
Even his pockets are not deep enough to compete with the real top clubs (few of which are "top" on merit), even if he had the will, which he doesn't. Absolutely no point in "hoping" he will then being disappointed when he doesn't. It is what it is, the club MUST run within it's means. Fortunately our means is better than most but those who are the "top" and it will continue to be so. If one of the challenging for title's clubs come along we'll lose a player irrespective of how much we pay them, because those teams can match/exceed any wage we'd care to spend and as they challenge for the big prizes that equates to more dosh for the player in bonus/appearance cash. If he'd fucked off to Villa or the like, yeah I'd be disappointed, but he's going to Chelsea, nowt we (or Ashley) can do about it.
