The law suit is 220 pages long !!!! They've got him like a kipper in NYC, but hopefully the federal criminal stuff will stick. Given his whole financial plan/set up is loans to pay off loans, surely no-one will lend him money with all this hanging over him.

Basically - Russia hasn't any longer got the infrastructure in place to undertake a general Mobilisation, even training a up limited Mobilisation is probably beyond them. Many observers believe his canned broadcast last night was because he WAS going to announce a general Mobilisation but the feedback was there'd be another revolution, a general Mobilisation means EVERY single male between 16 and 65 would report for military duty - it'd cause uproar, even in Russia.

It does describe the trials of standing still for any length of time though even when trained to do so, which was the point of the post, it wasn't to check on the cap badges of the participants.
