In a cruel and unpredictable turn of events, one Australian woman has lost relatives in two Malaysian Airlines disasters. When Malaysia Airlines Flight 370 went missing in March of this year, Kaylene Mann’s brother was on board, along with his wife. When Malaysia Airlines Flight 17 was shot down yesterday over Ukraine, Kaylene Mann’s stepdaughter, Maree Rizk, was on board, returning from a month-long European holiday. Mann received this news earlier today. Rizk and her husband Albert were from Melbourne, and were involved in the Sunbury Football Club. President of the Football Club, Phil Lithgow, described them as “lovely people… very generous with their time in the community.” Kaylene Mann’s brother, Greg Burrows, says, “It’s just… ripped our guts again.” It’s truly the worst luck imaginable. Amazingly, Burrows doesn’t resent the airline, saying the second accident was “out of their hands.”

New York City police officers killed Eric Garner Thursday after he had broken up a fight between two other men. He was placed in a chokehold and had his head slammed to the pavement. Then other cops piled on top of him as he gasped for air, continually telling the cops that he couldn't breathe. The entire incident was caught on video from a witness who kept telling the cops that the man had not committed a crime.

They had a company from Ireland manufacture a garlic air freshener. They roast the whole garlic after peeling the outer layer and cut the top off of it with olive oil. Then when they have cooled slightly, they squeeze all of the cloves out. 3/4 of the cloves are then blended in with softened butter. The remainder of the cloves are put aside until the bread is sliced. When they have an order they smash and rub a clove onto the bread before spreading a spatula worth of butter on the bread. Oh, and then they put it under a salamander broiler. You could cook your bread with your oven broiler on high or wrap it in foil and microwave it on high for three and a half minutes.
