Aye I'd be interested in that, see how it looks on the pic. I'm moving in a couple of weeks and could do with something to put my PC sound into.

It seems Ashley has decided that his life as a recluse was all a bit dull.

Quick Summary: First half utter cack, no penetration at all, keepers had nothing to do. Second half we moved the ball around better, Enrique settled into the game and we finally managed to work the ball around their back line. Cacapa was superb throught. Smith the opposite.

Got an aux input or two?

My grandma used to call it the plonker.

I'd go with the latter.

Just as well it's got the sunroof to put his head through.

Basically I'm selling my motor- it's a 2004 (53 reg) Clio Dynamique 1.2 16v, 20500 on the clock. Has a couple of optional features in full electric sunroof and climate control. CD player with stalk controls and electric windows / mirrors as standard. The colour is 'platinum' - its a metallic silver/pearl finish. MOTed in Feb with no problems, Tax till next May. £4,800 is the price on the cards, a special Toontastic rate. You get about 40mpg overall, about 33-35 urban and on the motorway doing 55 its more like 48-50mpg. Will sit happily at 85 for longer journeys but turn the music up, the 1.2 can get a bit noisy at higher speeds. It's pretty easy to drive but isn't the quickest up hills unless you're carrying good speed to start with. Before I have to start flogging it to some two-bit shark I thought it would be worth a long shot to see if any of you lot are interested. Cheers.

How hard can it be for them just to put the form up as a downloadable PDF? Would have saved them a lot of time and hassle giving out the forms in the first place.

I applied for a job at West LB, thought I did a decent application. Not the case, clearly.

Best way to pick up a ticket would be to get to the side of the pitch at the end of the next game we don't win convincingly.

Companies House is £2 a time for a copy of the basic accounts, which will show turnover.

You didn't surely...... it's about £15 to get in at weekends!

We switched more to a 4-4-2 (though not clear cut) in the second half as we were badly exposed out wide, especially by Ashley Young's pace. Overall we were outnumbered in Villa's half and they had more than enought to counter our attacking attempts. We lacked vision and a bit of pace playing off the backmarker's shouder. We were too deep and allowed them to sit too deep. Zog's enforced stint on defensive duty has severely reduced our potency on the counter, the sooner Enrique is ready the better. Off days from Viduka and Martins didn't help.

Toontastic Piss Up - Aston Villa (H) Sat 18th August

When I was in there for the Samp game the upstairs was closed for redecorating! I wonder if the mural will survive. -
Why do people assume that when Newcastle play a non-league side all they're going to do is kick players up a height? Blue Star featured a number of former NUFC reserve regulars last night as well as a couple of players who are (as far as I know) currently playing football full-time. Last night was supposed to be a chance for Owen to get fit and watching the ball go past you when it's five yards away is not going to do much to help get match sharpness back.

Turn off the computer. Drink.

Owen, Cacapa, Dyer and Ameobi to play for reserves tonight

Kazenga Lua Lua is a star in the making. Edgar miles better than Ramage again. Cacapa decent but untested. Owen disinterested. Troisi flatters to deceive. -

Yep, I'll be there and also giving myself an extra 10 minutes for swipe-o-rama fun and games. -
Would free entry really be worth the GBH you'd get at every game?

Really sad news, even recently he was still appearing on programs like The Politics Show (in Granada) despite his clear poor health. RIP.

Have a good un, but don't get injured. We need you for five a side. Badly.

What would you do if you encountered a burglar in your home ?

Wasn't that just a line from 'Liar Liar'?
