That was what pissed me off with KO2 - you had to almost slow down your running or the ball went out of play. Yeah I know, more realistic and all that but it just served to bore the fuck out of me and made damned sure I lost interest pretty quick. Also designed by some Italian (Dino Dini) IIRC

SWOS wasn't as good as SS. Too much management. Of course this is better than both of them put together... Is that Kick Off 2? I hated that with a passion. Sensible Soccer (the original) for me

Where is SWOS ffs ?? SWOS wasn't as good as SS. Too much management. Speedball 2 FTW BTW. I'm with HF on this one - loved SS and eargly awaited the release of SWOS. Bought it the day it came out, played it for half a day and hated it - never played it again. Back in the Amiga days, CM was the management Daddy and for playability it had to be SS. They wrecked it for me by trying to mix the two.

It's not about the cost though is it? It's about looking like a pretentious tosser which you obviously enjoy doing...

Never played Perfect Dark but the other three regularly spent time sat in my N64

Best games on the Amiga by a country mile....

God I actually remember this advert...

Wasn't there one where you had to be Holland and you were losing 4-1 against England and the intention was to win 5-4?? I always felt a bit 'dirty' for having to do that
-
Without a doubt! The commentary got repetitive though... "he plays a one-two"... "neither team have made it onto the scoresheet".. etc

I used to love playing F-Zero on the SNES. Many an hour was wasted on the 3rd floor in Fenwicks playing that! Good god how dated does this look now?

Speaking of which, I did hear that the reason Lonsdale stopped producing both the Sunderland and Blackburn kits as of this time last year was because of Ashley buying NUFC. Conflict of interests and all that and he did some deal with both clubs signing them over to Umbro
-
Why interesting? All part of the same group these days aren't they? Shirts were made by Umbro last season and JJB the year before. Aren't all these companies under Mike Ashley's umbrella?

I know the comment about courts not wanting to lock up the mothers in the best interests of the kids is complete bollocks seeing as the police were quite willing to cart of the estranged missus of a mate of mine on the grounds of domestic violence for slapping him when he tried to get into his own house. It was only on his say-so that she wasn't arrested as he didn't want his kids to witness it happening. I agree that there is bias towards the mother, always has been, always will be. But you're wrong to say that they will never take action Fop...

It's as subtle as a brick man! What in the hell does that do to improve the car? Yet you can bet they've spent at least a 5-figure sum on it I see that and just think "dickhead with more money than sense..."
-
Aye... a case of "if I can't have them, no-one can...." Totally selfish cunt (and I make absolutely no apology for using that word!)
-
All number plates are private... all are paid for when you buy a car. I disagree with you totally Tom. When I see a car with a 'private plate' on it, I think tacky, not class no matter what spec the car is. You might as well spend the extra money on a better car tbh

Sad state of affairs when it gets to something like this.. Going by what some of the soundbites are saying, things had become very bitter between the parents and that the bloke was seething.. Still see absolutely no justification, sympathy or empathy for what he has done - the kids were the innocent party in all of this, born into a relationship that turned sour and he's made them pay the price for it...
-
I agree with a lot of what your saying and it sounds like me and you are in very similar situations. However, in my experience, many are unable to "prove themselves by being a good father" because the PWC (Prick Worthless Cunt, sorry I mean Parent With Care) has denied them seeing their kids full stop and a great deal of fathers haven't got the means or the stomach to go to court to have a judge tell them if and when they can see their own fucking kids! Can they do that without good reason or evidence though? My solicitor said it would be for the PWC to prove it is not in the children's best interests that to see the NRP before a judge will agree to it. As good as said that unless they pose a threat, risk or danger to them then they are well within their rights to see them. FWIW, i think the actions of all the FFJ clowns is proving sufficient evidence to support the claims of such PWCs... Shooting themselves in the foot
-
Surely 'Fathers For Justice' should be focusing their efforts on making sure events such as this don't ever happen again... Poor fucking kids
-
That's what I'm meaning... no-one looks at this and says "those poor blokes, they should see more of their kids".. They're just viewed as being an inconvenience to everyone's working day. Their argument is not getting across with stunts like this but they don't seem to realise (or care).
-
What's that supposed to mean? It's got nothing to do with my support for the club - i'm getting at what the gutter press will focus on. Oh and if you're on about the fact that I'm suggesting we'll be beaten in both games and therefore I cannot possibly be a 'proper' supporter then give it up now. I'm realistic, I know that a draw in either game will be a massive bonus for us. S'pose this is the season Liverpool will win the Premiership isn't it? You lot sound more and more like the David Coulthard of Football every single day...
-
i'm just amazed that Chelsea who play in Royal Blue and have an away kit of Black have chosen one of their keeper shirts to be Navy Blue. Yellow, Green, Red, White, Purple, etc.. would have been a decent contrast but Navy Blue? They'll never fucking wear it!

You ungrateful bastard You could have said thanks, sold it and then given the money back.... never mind though eh?
